Ive been out of my seizure meds for 2 days now because they said they dont have any refills. If you run out of refills it is the pharmacys job to contact your doctor and request refills

Did not even have the decency to call me and tell me the meds my child needed were not available. They waited until someone arrived to pick up the prescription and then advised they were out. When I called to discuss the issue, they couldn’t have cared any less. They didn’t even try to sound concerned. Awful customer service.

I had a box to send out by Fedex. I had called the store to make sure I would be able to send it from their location because I had seen a review that said they weren't. Yes, you can send Fedex packages. I went with a fairly large box, probably just under 3' x 2.5'. Customer service came to help. Then another woman comes over and starts saying, in a very rude voice, that the box was too big; it probably couldn't be sent; they don't have much room for Fedex packages, etc. She flips open a notebook, looks at the box, then closes it and says it can go. Rudest experience I've ever had when sending out a package. She could have just kept silent, checked the book, then walked away, instead of going on the tirade she went on. I won't be back at that Walgreens for anything! May be sending this review to Fedex, also.

Pharmacy never has the meds and has to order. You will get notifications that drug is ready when it isn't. Receive multiple recorded calls every day even though I opted out. Pharmacy is always confused and can't find your orders.

Don't try to pick up a Rx between 5pm and 6pm. The drive through were 10 deep and going inside to pick up Rx isn't better. They were 10 deep as well. Course the same 2 people (pharmacist and pharmacy technician) are all there is. Inside or outside they can only handle 1 at a time. Walgreens ceos and share holders need to come off some $$$ and help your staff cause they are killing themselves for you.

My wife waited at the drive-thru a half hour before anyone acknowledged her while I was waiting for her to pick me up from the emergency room. The female pharmacist or tech was also rude. This will be my last business with Walgreens.
