I waited in line 30 minutes for my prescriptions. One of my prescriptions was out of stock for a week. It was here today but they forgot about my prescription. The told me to come back later to get it when they felt like filling it. Bye Walgreens.

AWESOME customer service! Called about a problem I had and the first person i spoke to was very helpful and even transferred me to the pharmacist who then transferred me who i needed to talk to about the problem. Came in the next day and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

Sydney was so kind to us when we came in, and she even took the extra time to help us look for coupons as no one was behind us in line. Great customer service!

I went in to purchase chips that were listed on their marquee outside on sale (2 for $5) and were also tagged on the self as 2 for $5. However when I went to check out, they were not and the lady behind the counter was not friendly or helpful. I really don't care however I am taking the time to write this because you should make sure your sales information is correct, up to date and that your sales staff are more informed, friendly and helpful, not argumentative. It's a disappointment to shop here when I could have given my business to a local supermarket or business that valued its customers.
