Always had good help here when the phone problems arise. This year I said goodbye to the old phone and knew what I wanted. Different option to me was the phone locker. Order online and it's just like a mail box. You can open from outside anytime or from inside when store is open. Made it simple quick and hassle free.

Slow wait time, poor customer service, wouldn't replace a car charger 2 months old. What a joke ! Finally ditched this outfit and went with another company, the customer service people intgis place need a remedial course in customer service. Rude and obnoxious to sat the least. If I could give no stars I would.

This past Saturday, John, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to help me. He was very knowledgeable about Verizon processes and found a solution for my issues. I was from out of town. He could have told me to go back to Raleigh or call their 1-800 number to wait on hold forever. He did not. John listened and found a solution. Thank you!

Had the best experience getting my new phone and service transferred over to Verizon today. Jasmyne was so kind, helpful and patient through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable and made it very easy!

Verizon has been helpful everything I have had contact with them except for one guy at the Morehead city NC store. I think that was just the one guy and not a corporate wide disdain for customers, so I won't hold any stars back because of him. Service is expensive but I knew that when I signed on. I do get several good perks though.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for a while. I went to try to upgrade my phone but they didn’t have stock. I wasn’t able to place my order in store and was told I’d have to do my upgrade online. Kinda disappointed as I don’t want it shipped to my house. Too expensive for that. I guess I’ll have to pay off my phone and then maybe look for a new carrier.

Recently an honorable Lady and I were treated to a five-star customer experience, thanks, in part, to the diligent efforts, courtesy, respect and generosity of each team member, Ms. Beth, the Specialist and Mr. John, the Manager.
