My recent experience at The Wash Factory couldn't have gone better. They were so polite and helped me knock off the mildew that develops on my VERY OLD 4Runner. The wash attendants were really polite and went above my expectations to help me out!

I had a previous vehicle on monthly payment and forgot to take off monthly charge. Went in yesterday and spoke to the manager and he gave me credit. I also love the chance that we can use wipes and vacuums at no charge. I did speak to him about a comment left here about the rags stinking and he showed me where they keep them in a dryer area. I give them an A for all they give us at a good price!!

I have been trying to reach this company to cancel an auto-billing that I do not want and do not remember signing up for and I have not been able to reach anyone. No one ever answers at this phone number and you have to have a 'bar code' to put in the contact form and I don't have one. Does this company not have a customer service?

I have been a member here for about 2 years now. I have two cars under there monthly subscription. Overall it's a good location to get a car was but I have one complaint.....The towels they give you to wipe the outside and inside of your car, smell like they've been in a high school locker room laundry basket for a full season of football. If you want the inside of your car to smell like a high school locker room, then this is the place for you!! If not, bring your own towels.

well, MR. Owner, YOUR STAFF, did not inform me that this was broken, as a matter of fact he said he was going to look into it. If carwash services misdiagnosed your issue, why was the manager on duty not aware?? Why was another wash not offered, a refund?? Your car wash sucks and your staff is worse, probably a lot to do with someone who doesn't know how to deal with customers. Since some of your automatic brushes were inoperative, only half of my car wash washed. Probably why they had no customers

Apparently the current ownership sees little need for on site management. This location was without management onsite for several hours, and when I returned to speak to the manager on duty when I was told he would be there, he was half an hour late and "on his way".The employees that were there were incredibly ignorant and unable to resolve a billing error. There absolutely no interpersonal skills existent among them.The signs and directions on the keyboard are confusing. If you can avoid human contact you can get a decent wash, but if there is a problem, God help you in getting any satisfaction at this business.

Great just needs a touch less option if ever expands. The memberships are a bit limited and seem more expensive then what is seen online at other chains.

Not sure how other cars fair but regular Jeep Wrangler s do not get clean. I would not pay 5 dollars much less the 20+ dollars I was charged.

Make sure you check your bank account. Car wash itself was great and friendly service. I was on vacation and signed up for a one month membership that would not renew. Months later I realized I've been charged $43+ per month. So my two car washes actually cost me hundreds.
