Gym has in door and outdoor pools(outdoor pool is seasonal). A lot of different things to do. Basketball courts, free weights or machines, steam room, and several classes offered.

The Sports Center is excellent with outstanding staff. They offer martial arts classes. Karate, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and Kickboxing.
Locally owned and operated for over 35 years we offer a variety of amenities and programs to help you reach your fitness goals. We have an indoor ( 25 meter pool) and outdoor (Olympic size) pool, hot tub, saunas, and steam rooms. Aquatic programs all year long, as well as a variety of fitness class is driven by a dynamic fitness staff. Three weight rooms, cardio machines, 2 racquetball courts, and a full size basketball court extend the physical fitness options. Need accountability? We have certified Personal Trainers available to take your training to the next level ( not included in membership) or jump start your fitness journey. With a variety of different memberships options, we are sure you won't be disappointed!
