As a customer I look for companies that listen. The ladies at Sew and So do exactly that. They go above and beyond, listen and better whatever idea I have. For the price, I am disappointed that the monogram is not centered. This dress was not cheap as most of you know so we will be wearing it as is. We also had to call and see if the items were done? They weren’t, so they said they would do them that day. Needless to say I didn’t want a rushed job, I was just checking on their status. I usually use Madras and Khakis in Emerald Isle. Their turn around time is so fast and they text you as soon as it’s ready. Not promoting anyone, but we went to this boutique because our spot has had their machines down for a little. I will say this boutique did another dress that turned out fine but I was already sticker shocked at drop off and just kept thinking I’m sure they’ll do good work. I’m just a firm believer that your prices should match your quality.Service: Embroidery designs

I live everything about this Boutique. The owners are amazing and have gone above and beyond to do their best in everything they put their hands to. I appreciate so much the tedious work they do behind the scenes. not only are they a great place for quick personal gifts but they have also done an amazing job for our corporate orders. Excellent Customer services! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered a lot of unique gifts and merchandise. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a gift idea for any occasions, and their gourmet popcorns are out of this world delicious!

My husband went in to purchase 2 gift certificates. He got a $25 one and a $50 one. They charged him sales tax! He discussed with the salesperson that you do not charge tax on a paper gift card because they will be charging tax again when the person buys something. She kept telling him that he was wrong. He paid the sales tax, but I am pretty sure the salesperson was wrong! This is not the first time that me and some of my friends have had issues with them. I wish the ICW people (Bill and Cheryl Raper) were still around!
