Price is right. Only the right shoe is available on the floor which would be okay except the 4 employees in the front were too busy playing games to help anyone. One did help when I asked, but walked away after the one shoe was delivered.

I would like to share my pleasant experience. I'm visiting my friend in Swansboro, NC and we decided to go to TJ Maxx. After we finished, we decided to stop in the Shoe Dept. to see if I could find any shoes for work. I do not normally buy shoes unless I can find a deal. There were two extremely helpful associates who assisted my friend and I while also assisting other customers. My friend kept sending the associates back to the back to get different sized Hey Dudes. They were so accommodating! THANK YOU!! Both were extremely polite and helpful. It's so refreshing to find workers this day in time who seem to want to work. I would definitely recommend this store to locals and visitors alike.

One employee sold me two different size shows.the other employee didnt want to actually do her job when I returned to the store to exchange the wrong size shoe for the right one.she was to busy holding up the counter by leaning up against it.i think I will find another shoe store to shop at.

I found a very comfortable pair of 15s to work in. They were pricey but my feet and knees don't hurt. Id never seen these anywhere else. The attendant was very helpful or I wouldn't have found them. I wish I caught his name.

Place was trashed. I tripped over several boxes just laying all over the place. “Manager” have my son and I the nastiest looks for having someone help us. Manager definitely needs to learn how to run the store, since she said she needs to go “drink her coffee” to deal with everyone. Staff is great, management not so much

Good prices and I had wonderful customer service from Isaac! He was very helpful pulling different options for me to try and was just a genuinely nice guy! I will definitely be a return customer.

Family and I went in to look at new shoes for our daughter and my self, as always we are casually approached by employees with offers to help and as usual we decline. As my wife helped our daughter I went off to find new shoes for me, while I browsing an employee by the name of Issac who already asked if we needed help was walking by and took notice and with out asking and with great instinct showed me another shoe that resulted in being exactly what I was needing. He was spot on to notice my flat feet and went out of his way to ensure that the show I purchased not only looked good but would be the correct fit and support for me. During our encounter he never tried to up sell me or pressure me into a more expensive pair in fact he did the opposite. If the owner of this location reads this or someone in the hierarchy this is quality service do what you must to keep this man around he is was awesome.
