My British husband and I were at a lost. Cody helped us figure out our driver side indicator was out in our 2016 Ford Explorer. We bought the set of bulbs and he knew how put them in just right. Saved us from a malfunctioning equipment ticketThanks Cody.

Josh and Billy were extremely kind and helped me manage my overheating vehicle for ~2 hours as we tried to remedy the issues & get back on the road since we are from out of town. They worked hard to provide us with solutions and keep us all safe. Very grateful for these wonderful O’Reilly’s employees today!

I simply love coming here. Unfortunately I have been here so many times that they see me coming and prepare for my landfall like I am a hurricane. I can't blame them though, my vehicles alone keep them in business single handedly it seems. They are gracious about it though and more than willing to help even though it is abundantly clear to everyone that the car just needs to be lit of fire and rolled down a steep embankment into a never ending void. The employees never waiver or bow out though. They do everything they can to make sure I get the right piece to keep my zombie car semi alive. So thank you O'Reilly employees!Update.... The zombie car still lives!! Once again O'Reilly's has saved the day! This time the demon car in question managed to almost vaporize the EGR pressure switch... It's a little piece of plastic with heat gel suspending an electric switch... How it did it remains a mystery. I am sure we will find out soon enough!Stay tuned for more adventures in.... It Never Really Died...Update!Found out why the EGR Pressure Sensor went the way of Kal El's planet.The catalytic converter of souls decided it was going to go super nova and try to vaporize the engine. One more thing to replace. Could I get lucky enough to not have trouble replacing it? Pray for me and send holy water to keep this car in line please!!

I hit a high curb on a driveway. While at Nissan for an oil change, I asked them to remove the wire holding up my front shield and replace the clips. They didn't. O'Reilly's is next to Auto Zone. I chose wisely. Sean at O'Reilly's was helpful, kind, friendly, and ready to get under the front of my car. I could have done it at home after changing from dress clothes into jeans. Sean didn't even give me the chance. He was on it!

Spoke to Qway inside and he was very friendly, & confident. He helped us with what we needed. He knew what he was doing and he helped change our car key fob. Great service and fast!

The employees were all very helpful very knowledgeable and very professional. They have the best prices around. Side note.. it was soooo hot inside! Their air conditioner has been out for about a month so they've been struggling inside to keep cool. Maybe someone can get on that for them.

This is a bit unusual for me. I'm what they call "a grumpy old man". I got a text from my deaf neighbor who was stranded with a dead battery in Morehead. I had helped her jump the battery three weeks earlier but she had not had it replaced but knew she had purchased it at O'Reilly about a year ago and the dated stamp on the battery showed it about 14months old probably. I called from the breakdown location and gave the employee who answered her info and phone number but no record of the purchased showed on the store records. Of course she had no receipt. We both drove to the O'Reilly store and repeated the search with no success though she and that vehicle were in the system with other purchases. The Only Employee in the store eventually decided he could provide a new exchange for free based on incomplete records. I was not the most supplicating customer and maybe he just felt more compassionate toward my deaf neighbor but in any case, I will be making my auto part purchases there in the future when I can.
