It's been a great experience with Dylan and Mattress Firm! I bought 2 mattresses, one was delivered last weekend and the other was delivered today. Dylan was always so helpful when I called and had some questions. Thank you so much Dylan for all of your help! Love my new mattresses!

I went into the Morehead City, NC, store looking for a king sized mattress, and Cody could not have been more helpful. He helped me find the perfect fit for my bed, back and budget without any pressure to up-sale me on a more expensive brand. I can’t wait to have my new mattress and box springs in my home.

I ordered a new mattress and set up the delivery date but several hours later I called to have it delivered 2 days before the one I originally picked and the store manager was kind enough and able to do this for me. The sales associate Dylan who helped me pick out my mattress when I arrived was very nice and friendly and asked me to bare with him as he just recently started working there that week. Honestly he was very helpful and understanding of what kind of mattress I wanted. I totally recommend to anyone that needs a new mattress to ask for Dylan and his manager who was also very friendly and helpful but forgive me at the moment I am sorry to say I can't remember his name. And btw the their prices were the best in town compared to other mattress stores that I looked out.

It had been a very ling time since I purchased a mattress and I was unfamiliar with current technologies. Cody worked with me and was extremely knowledgeable about all of their products, he spent a lot of time and patience answering all of my questions. The customer service and deals were outstanding, in the end I feel like I made a well-informed purchase. Thank you Cody for all your help! I highly recommend this store!

Great service received call and text and email for delivery date and time. Order was easy and customer service by Joe was superb. The delivery drivers were prompt and professional. I received a call 30 minutes prior with eta time. They were right on time. Great service from everyone!

Had a great experience with buying a mattress today in Morehead City! Cody was extremely helpful with directing me in my selection. He was informative, personable and very respectful. After much research, visits to numerous mattress and furniture, stores in Jacksonville and Morehead City, and online sites... I bought a queen,firm, hybrid mattress at Mattress Firm/Morehead City. Manager, Cody, spent time with me making the best selection for my needs... Also gave me a great deal in comparison to other stores! He was wonderful! It really was a very positive experience and would highly recommend mattress firm/Morehead city near Lowe's. Highly! So thrilled and relieved the hunt is over!

Cody was Awesome!! He ŵas helpful and very knowledgeable of their product!! We went into the store to familiarize our selves with the different mattresses and their stock in the store!! Their Labor Day Sign drew us in and we fell in love with Çody and all that we learned what I ñeeded to know with my handicap and purchased an adjustable ɓèd frame, mattress, mattress protector and I have to go back for the sheets and pillows!! Cody was so helpful! We went in knowing we wanted a firm king size mattress but no other details. He talked us through different types of mattresses, price points, and helped us narrow down what we were looking for. He saved us money wherever he could and we felt really good about our purchase.
