Steven in the cellphone department took great care of me on October 30, 2023, Monday to pick up my Samsung Galaxy A54. He downloaded the information from my Galaxy A20 to the A54 and explained to me some the importance of the new phone. Steven was professional, courteous, and friendly in providing excellent service. Keep up the good work and I do appreciate good customer relations. I definitely enjoyed the service and notice many items are economical.Thank you!Alex

I returned an unopened item - a monitor I'd purchased for working while on vacation but ended up not needing - and they initially refused to return $30 of the ticket because of some digital promotion they were running - although I paid full price for the item and was entirely unaware of any "free" digital downloads and thus didn't use them. When the girl handed me the ticket with the reduced amount I asked verbatim "Why am I not receiving the full $109 paid?", to which Stephanie got twitchy and said "Ma'am I don't know I'm just trying to do my job and I understand you're upset...". I responded that if she's pushed to that level by a normal tone or voice, perhaps customer service isn't for her. She marched over to the desk at the front to get her bald, Jesus-tatted, Gen-X bro supervisor who was immediately dismissive and literally said he was uninterested in seeing my receipt with the actual amount. He stomped over to the register and fixed the error - not that anyone admitted they made an error - and when I told him that perhaps the employees needed better customer service training I was told I'm not allowed back in. (At which point he was absolutely told he could go eff himself. Loudly.) So I'm glad he could get all puffy chested and pretend he's a big strong dude because he clearly needed that moment today. That ban from the Best Buy in Morehead City is really going to hurt because we all know Best Buy is still super relevant and definitely not on the verge of going under. (And if you're reading this, you can absolutely still go eff yourself.)

We love geek squad. We aren't computer geeks and often run into areas where we need help. We have total tech support and plan to renew it when our current plan expires. It's a lot cheaper than taking issues to the store for problem resolution.

I wanted to get my hands on stuff and just step away from online shopping for once in a long while.. SoI went over to best buy being that DJI, GOPRO, and all things memory and adapters are my Toys R Us, and I had a lot of questions!( Hence the main reason I walked into the store, drove there shoot). So now Best Buy is ruining Geek Squad.. It's not what I thought it was or what it used to be. Especially for paying a membership fee but assume they will do what they used to do. So now they will come to your house if you purchase something significant enough to warrant it. Otherwise you get charged a small to medium fee depending on the circumstances of the purchase and the purchase amount etc. Bottom Line is that its not ine size fits all anymore. And the membership fee more or less gets you discounts at best buy and geek squad. But it's not what it used to be as far as turnkey IT and Tech solutions for anyone. The worst of it was that the gentleman in the store was talking about the evik Amazon. Yet he didn't want to listen to what I was trying to suggest and didn't know jack about anytbing other than TV. I mean nothing... The same almost goes for the other guy who was actually making an effort. Anyways. Something is sour at the top when it comes to hiring and pay scales. Its all iver the store and the employees faces. Hell it was on my face when I left. With one lowsy product too.... Ooof

James from geek squad at Best Buy is the rudest customer service representative in store that I have ever came in contact with. I will never shop at Best Buy again. I am so disappointed in the service here.

So go into Best Buy and specifically say: We need a stackable washer/dryer (picture below) there are floor models, and we decided on Samsung. Delivery guys come and they say: We can't install because there is no stackable bracket (a bracket which goes in between to secure dryer) such as the one on the floor. We were never told it didn't come with one and you have to order separately. I go to Best Buy to ask why we weren't told and I got. I don't know why as they charged us more money and has to be shipped separately

Waited for thirty minutes for representative who than connected me to a different rep three more time's. After finding someone to help me he put me on hold several times, than hung up on me.

I have a contract for all my computers. With a bad hard drive that serves as the server for my business. First appointment available was over 2 weeks out. That and a bunch of attitude is all I got!

Alex in the computer section was completely wonderful. After asking some dude named Brian where to go in a tiny store he pointed and went back to texting. Alex jumped up as soon as we made eye contact and got me the product I needed, explained it perfectly, and got me out in under 5 minutes. Fantastic for a weary traveler. Someone give that kid a raise!

Sales associate Michael and Geek Squad Manager Matt are incredible! Michael did a great job selling us our TV and setting everything up(credit card, insurance etc...). Matt was so friendly and helpful with the confusion and actually docked the price of my new Apple Watch because of the confusion of the misplaced TV. Thank you all so much!
