They really need to answer the phone! They route all important work through the branch - give you a heads up to call first to be sure you have what you need - then they don't answer the phone. It's poor customer service.

The bank manager in Newport is a solid guy. He heiress me it when I genuinely thought it wouldn't happen. So thanks Mitchell. I do appreciate the honesty and help.

I have several accounts with First Citizens. I know several people that work there. I have never had a problem they couldn't or wouldn't fix. Great customer service & very nice people to bank with.

Trash bank when I use MY routing number and cards to pay stuff they take the money off my dad's and accuse me of using his account then they froze MY cardThen I pay him back n cash and they go in a week later and move the money again without anyone asking. I may get a lawyer

I literally dread having to go to the bank when making deposits for family members who bank with First Citizens. For over 10 years I have not had one positive experience here regarding the customer service.

One of the worst banks I've dealt with. If you can take your business elsewhere I would do so. Spoke with a teller Beth who I could clearly tell didn't not want to help me . Her actions and attitude most definitely showed it . Ladies up front were nice I've been with this bank for over ten years and every time I have to use Morehead since it's close to the office I work in .. its ALWAYS a problem or something.

It shouldnt be difficult to deposit money into someones account..It also shouldnt be hard to cash checks either..but employees like Sarah Jones will find a way to reinforce the notoriety of this bank..My multi-million dollar clients have gotten frustrated with this branch, to the point, ive opened an account with a different bank right down the rd..if it wasnt for te lovely worker's at Kinstons branch..id have closed my business and personal with them..

When calling to find more information with a banking issue I had I was very rudely told that I knew nothing of the banking system, that she had been there for 18 years and knew it all. Instead of being able to receive the information I needed I was told she would not talk to me any longer and was hung up on. Now am unable to rectify my banking situation because someone seemed to be having a hard day. Was childish and unprofessional behaviour. Have been calling and leaving messages for days and have yet to receive a call back. Finally get thru to someone and am treated very poorly. 0/0 would NOT recommend. Terrible service and extremely unhelpful and rude employees.
