“Yesterday I called several banks asking what I would need to open an estate account. Dogwood Bank was the only one that answered my questions. The others sent me to voicemail to leave a message to not receive a callback. I went in today to open the account, not knowing that they prefer appointments, but Sarah Bell took me anyway and she was wonderful. They were short staffed and I didn't have an appointment and she still took the time to open the account for me and was so nice and helpful. After dealing with some less than helpful people in the federal government Sarah was a breath of fresh air and renewed my faith that great customer service still exists.
