Only leaving one star because we have to. Our organization ordered sports gear for coaches and parents in the summer of 2021. We were told some items were back ordered and we would receive them soon. We have reached out to the owner with 10 emails and multiple phone calls with no luck. Phil has promised refunds but never issued them and we are still without our gear. We are now getting ignored.

looking for FedEx...business hours posted but not observed by owner of Carolina sports...closed when supposed to be open...difficult to find because of no signage for FedEx as a drop off

Brought a rough sketch in to be professionally drawn by a “graphic artist,” told this process would take 36 hours to complete and we would get a phone call. After a week and a half I went to visit the shop to check on the progress, having heard nothing. Shop owner/manager/whatever he call himself was dismissive and short with me. Told me “I have no idea. I’ll call you when it’s ready” in a tone that made me feel like I was impeding on his time and hadn’t the right to ask. Today, three weeks since this started, called to check on things. He told me he had the sketch right there on his computer. I asked him why he hadn’t called us. We have a business to run also and had a bunch of money set aside to spend at this place. He answered “well you can choose to get pissed off or you can order something”. I responded by saying that it’s not about getting pissed off for no reason. It’s unprofessional and lazy (the treatment we got). VERY disappointed in the customer service and this mans piss–poor attitude given all the good things I had heard about this place. But I’ll be happy to take my business anywhere else that appreciates it in the slightest!

I brought jackets to them 7 months ago and still have yet to receive them. I have called multiple times, went into the store, and left a message with the young lady at the desk. I’m so irritated with the company.
