Shannon Cobb has given us top notch service for a long time. My husband spends way too much money at Best Buy and Shannon has always gone above and beyond to help him special order things, pre-order, exchange things, just incredible customer service. She is the reason we shop at the Morehead Best Buy instead of Jacksonville. You really don’t see many other businesses offer this VIP treatment of customer service but Shannon is unlike anyone else we’ve ever worked with. She remembers your name, she makes you feel valued, she makes it easy to spend way too much money. Ha! Thanks Shannon!

I went in looking for a power cord for my game console. A gentleman near the entrance directed me to the area where the product was located. Once there, another employee asked me what I was looking for. His name is Michael Creech. There were 2 types of cords, and neither one of us was sure the console was used. He promptly looked it up on the net and chose the correct one. He even offered to ring it up right there. Excellent service and customer care at this store. I will return.

I visited the location to purchase a cheap, smart tv for a spare bedroom. The location had the tv that I found on the Best Buy app. The sales representative noticed the tv I was looking at was not a smart tv and brought it to my attention. Overall, the representative rates a 5 star, and the app rates a 3 star for missing information.

Got scammed by Geeksquad. I tried to fix my laptop, and they said it is covered by warranty. We finished and we got a “that’ll be $40.” They would not relent. Very bad customer support.

The kids working the geek squad have no clue what they're doing and seem to have no common sense whatsoever. Don't take your devices there to let them be repaired fair warning.
