Crystal helped me with an incorrect bill by calling a supervisor from at&t . She was a able to get it resolved immediately. Crystal was very professional and curious!! I was extremely pleased with the results Crystal provided!!

This was the BEST experience I have ever had at any cell phone store. We were greeted and helped as soon as we walked in the store. Allie answered any questions I had before I had a chance to ask them and she made sure I was satisfied with the phone I was leaving with. She went above and beyond, she really made my week!! She knows what she's doing!! Thanks!

Paul at the AT&T in Morehead City, NC was awesome in helping my partner and I to add a new line with a new phone that was perfect for me. Slightly disappointed that there was not a screen protector for my new phone beings I don't have the best luck with phones that are not 100% protected with a screen protector and a case, but other than that i was very satisfied with the customer service we received!!!

Crystal the red head is the manager in there she helped big time saving me time and a hassle with my new phone!! Setting it up and transferring my data, Lia the new hire there was so nice and with assisting me! Love this location highly recommend.

Had a great experience with the ladies that helped my daughter and I when we needed a new iPhone for my daughter. We were told the new iPhone 15 needs 5G plan but it would only be 50 cents more a month, that was fine.....now today my son went to get a new phone and we were told the new plan was $120 more a month and we didn't have to have a 5G plan. Even though we went to an att store we found out this is a 3rd party and they probably get extra by changing plans. I'm not very fond of getting lied to and definitely wouldn't go to this store ever again. Because it's within 30 days they r putting my plan back to what it was.

My boyfriend went in to the Morehead City location because his phone broke and he wanted to upgrade. He asked that his bill needed to stay about the same. They told him that his phone would be free and if he upgraded plans that he would get discounts that would keep his bill about the same.when he got his bill the following month it was over $100 more and when he went there to find out why they said his discounts hadn't kicked in ytt so he waited another month and bill was still over $100 more. They lie to customers at this storeDo not trust what they say. He has been a customer for over 20 years and they wouldn't work with him to get it corrected.

I just upgraded to a new iPhone 14 Pro, stopped by the Morehead City store. It was such a pleasure to have Crystal Britt wait on me! She was knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, funny and very professional! She answered every question, helped me purchase some needed accessories! I most say I was impressed with her! GIVE HER A RAISE!

*WARNING, DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING THEY TELL YOU AT THIS LOCATION!My wife's phone broke and needed replaced. Mike the manager got us all squared away. He quoted the phone that wasn't working a trade in value of $800 in its current condition. Long behold I receive my bill to find that we only received $7 for trade in as well as an added Next Up plan and insurance that we didn't ask for. I also called AT&T and they could not rectify the issue and was told to go back to the store where we traded the phone in. Sometimes I wonder why I'm still a customer after 20+ years.

Friendly but Warning!!!My wife’s iPhone broke and we got it replaced here. They were friendly and knowledgeable and Mike got everything transferred to her new phone well, but when we got our bill we found that he had also added phone insurance and Next up plans ($15 a month we never ask for and didn’t need) to our bill. I don’t know if there’s some employee incentive to push these plans but they should not have been added to our bill and if you go there, you should make sure they only add what you ask for.

Morehead City store has friendly, knowledgable staff and were prompt with their service.I was disappointed, however, that, although lavender phones were advertised as one of the color options, they were not sent to this store to be kept in stock; my choice could be ordered and arrive in 2 or 3 days. I am from out of town.When a phone is broken, 2 or 3 days to wait is not an option.Black or military green were the only colors kept in stock at this store. So tired of standard black, and I am no fan of dark green.Why bother to show other options if you can't have it when you need it?AT&T, send your stores all your pictured options. We don't have time to wait for product.
