My fifth wheel travel trailer's brakes were seriously failing, becoming very unsafe...I enquired in Mooresville about service and was referred to Extreme Truck and Trailer Specialties...mid afternoon on a Friday I had Jason look at my brakes, fortunately he time to look at my brakes and adjusted them including pulling off one of the drums...now my brakes work better than ever, keeping me and everyone on the road safe ....truly great service at a fair price..I wish I lived in the area, he would get all my business...thank you Extreme Truck and Trailer and thank you Jason...

The worst auto/trailer experience I have ever had. I stopped by this place in October and asked if they could install a winch on my trailer. They looked at my setup and said they could. I asked for a quote and they could not provide one. They said give them 2 days to write up a quote for a winch. 1 week goes by and i hear nothing. I call for my quote, they could not provide 1. I called for 3 straight days and they could not provide a quote. Day 4 I called and they said $2000 dollars. I called by November 8th and made an appointment for friday December 1st. I explained i transport cars and need my trailer daily for work. If this day doesn't work at any time to let me know but i need to be in and out quickly as possible. They said thats fine it takes about a day to install a winch but allow for a day and a half case there is several hours of fabrication to the process.For the next 3 weeks i called every tuesday and thursday and double checked they had the winch, they had the metal, and friday morning at 9 am they would start on my trailer. They confirmed this every time. On friday Dec 1st i dropped my trailer off at 9 am. I did not get a call friday, monday rolls around, no call. I called them at 415 monday afternoon and said im on my way. They said its not finished it will be done tomorrow at lunch time. The following day tuesday i called at lunch time and said ill be there soon. I was told its not ready. I showed up right before they closed and demanded my trailer back that this type of behavior treating a customer this way is completely unacceptable. They apologized and explained just 2 hours tops, and everything will be done. I cancelled my friday morning work and said ill be here at 830 friday, does that work? They said just 2 hours is all we need. Friday at 830 i dropped the trailer off. I called at 1030, 11, 1115, and 1130, no answer. I drove down there after 12 and was told they need a few more hours with it....I demanded my trailer, my purchased items, a refund and left. This business lied to me somwhere between 14-18 times. They have 0 integrity and give real fabricators a bad name. But this is really my fault for giving them a second chance.Back in 2019ish when they were in the other building they did some work on my f150. Basic stuff, exhasust, downpipe, blow off value, etc etc. When i picked my vehicle up the check engine light came on a day or 2 later. I read the tune and the code was a part that was put on. I was confused and got under the engine. Come to find out parts of the factory set up was still there and the parts i paid for was not put on. I drove down there and confronted the woman at the desk. A guy came out, handed me my parts and said well it didnt come with any instructions so i didn't know what it was for. I left and my phone rang from a guy named jason i believe and he apologized and said bring the truck back and he will put all the parts on. I just hung up.After the 2019 experience, and after this experience with my trailer, I can truly say this company is the worst I have ever dealt with and it is sad to know we have people with this kind of morals, ethics, and integrity, acting as honest people.

I pulled in 20 minutes before they closed having lost my trailer brakes on a road trip. Jason diagnosed it in just a few minutes, and had them working again and I was on my way. It cost almost nothing, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

As a shop owner my self! And being hard to please when I got to get service at other places!!! I am blown away at the staff at XTREAM TRUCK and TRAILER!!! They also have XTREAM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

These guys were great! We were referred to them by a friend in the area. We called, dropped our trailer off with Jason the next day, and we got the call less than 24 hours later that we were good to go. Reasonably priced. Thanks!

The best in the area. They do everything from lift & leveling kits, trailer repair, maintenance, OEM parts, tires, wheels, bed covers & more. They are extremely knowledgeable & do quality work. They contract with other businesses who can do alignment, wraps & tinting as well.If you’re stopping through or live in the area I highly recommend you have them to the work. If they can’t specifically do the work, they’ll give you a recommendation. You don’t find this level of customer service anymore! Tell them I referred you for 10% off.

Brought in my son’s Nissan Altima for interior LED mood lighting and a LED bar light just below the grill for better night time driving. Jason was great to work with, he made recommendations and everything came out great. He was very accommodating with fair pricing. The work was for a surprise for my son when he comes home from college for the summer. I will be bringing in my RAM soon for some cool stuff. ?I recommend XT&TS. ??

What a great place! The team here is extra friendly and does excellent work. I had a 4 inch lift kit installed on my Chevy Tahoe and the workmanship was extremely high quality. I think the price was very reasonable considering the quality of work. Will use them again.
