Spoke to a lady about my account situation as I was trying to ask a question I was told “ if you would let me explain” in the rudest tone. Maybe if it was explained correctly the first time I wouldn’t have to keep asking the same question to get an understanding of what is going on with my account. As a person who works with the public being rude isn’t the way to go and is unprofessional.

Initially I did not want to open an account here, personally. With that said, I Just opened multiple business accounts and a personal account here and I have to say, the people and staff are great (shout out to Deena, Batina, and Matthew). They helped guide me through decisions on which accounts to open for my business, which ones not to use, and even helped me with starting a line of credit to get my business "credit" started. If I could give 10 stars I would, highly recommend this location and the people that work here. Kudos to this team!

Have been with them for a few years now, and never have had bad any experiences. The employees at the Mooresville branch always go above and beyond if they are unable to do something, it's not because they don't want to. It's simply because they can't. My husband and I are always made to feel welcome, and leave feeling good about our experience.

My husband and I have been account holders here for just under a year. My first great experience comes when my husband was in the hospital. We had gotten hit with 3 overdraft charges, but we couldn't get to the bank to deposit his check. Cindy and her coworkers were able to get them waived for us.

Called repeatedly on a Sunday morning at starting at 1215. Kept getting voicemail. Really how busy can a bank be at 1215 on Sunday? Called for 20 minutes straight till some one finally answered. Was inquiring about notary service. I was told they have a notary present on Sunday but they weren't comfortable notarizing car titles. BS! These guys are just not comfortable having to work! RIDICULOUS! CUSTOMER NO SERVICE!

Had to call repeatedly immediately after hanging up each time just to get through. I knew they were ignoring me 'cause when I go there are at least two people working and not very busy. Had to be an a** just to get someone to pick up and then THEY had an attitude about it. Here's a tip: don't ignore your customers😅 (Yes customers, they will charge you redundant fees any chance they get) Going to a new bank soon. I used to go to a woodforest in Greensboro and had similar experiences. I think woodforest would be great if you don't use it as your primary bank. The second chance account really helped me when I needed it but long term this is not a good bank! Too unreliable and that's not okay when dealing with people's finances and livelihood.
