Just a normal Harris Teeter, except I found this on the shelf in the chips aisle. Sweet mercy.

Harris Teeter corporate- your new online ordering app is horrible- bring back the old one. I’m waiting over 20 minutes for my pick-up- my order is ready but can’t be scanned out due to a glitch in Kroger’s system- this is not a Byer’s Creek issue- it’s all related to this new online ordering. Absolutely horrible.

Thank You for stating you were going to cook fried chicken and for us to come back in a half an hour. Came back 50 minutes later and nothing.... they said we can do it for you but it's a 40 minute wait... Lucy and the football.... Still no fried chicken but 35 whole chickens they ain't selling. Bet they do that to have their friend get the older chickens at half price????

Two straight bad experiences with seafood at this location. Seafood counter staff i have dealt with is not knowledgeble and does not handle shellfish properly. getting my money back for some spoiled product was a real struggle at the service counter.

Very handy to our location and typically have the items we need. Love the perks for fuel discounts

Enjoy shopping here. Clean bright and clear isles not crowded with items. Found everything I needed except Schweppes Diet Tonic. Seems none of the Harris Teeter stores stock enough of this and are always out when I need more

This is a prime location but the attention to detail is lacking and they have zero effort to protect during Covid. Nobody cleaning carts or handing out masks to the no mask crowd. Some emplyees not wering masks in deli and meat. Bakery items are nowhere close to as good as Publix. Customer service is there if you ask for it. Overall publix is a much nicer, safer store.

Had over $150 worth of groceries in my cart and no cashiers available. It was all self checkout. Fine when I only have a few things but seriously? I’m not shopping there anymore if I have to check myself out with that many groceries. There’s not even room to handle all that at self checkout. They claimed they didn’t have enough staff. But I saw plenty of people there “working”. Publix and Lowe’s food will he where I go from now own.

The employee behind the Starbucks counter was not wearing a mask, the manager of this Harris Teeters at 118 Argus Ln Mooresville, NC 28117 was less than concerned about it!

Good God what a filthy trashy store. Produce is rotten, flies everywhere, manager Tony out standing by the carts with a cigarette to greet you as you come in, trash on the floor, lines 10 people deep, people standing at the customer service desk not helping and dirty masks overflowing from a trash bin right by them and nobody bothered to pick up. Is that really what you want your customers to see? And I went through all this just to bring home expired yogurt, and molded strawberries! I should have looked at the date but I wanted to get out of that filthy place quickly. Lowes foods is right down the road and so much better! one star is too good for this dump.

We love going to this location. Although there has been a lot of chaos with un-stocked shelves, I was so pleased that they are working hard to keep everything stocked as much as possible and the shelves very neat and clean!

I'm new to the area and I have been trying to figure out where to do my grocery shopping. I've been fairly pleased with this store, but yesterday I was disappointed. I wanted a carton of grape tomatoes. They had a VIC special 2 cartons for $5 dollars...must buy two. My other choices were cartons for $4.99 and $5.99. I didn't really need two. I picked up a number of cartons looking to find one that was okay. There were some green tomatoes. I expected I was buying an inferior product at $2.99. I continued to cull through the cartons looking for one that didn't have molded tomatoes. Found one with a few green ones. When I washed them I had to throw away 8 tomatoes that were moldy.

I like this store, lots of good stuff and even my favorite Russian style farmers cheese! Employees are very nice and hey they are participating in all of Byers Village events!
