Amazing lady Ms. DorisMs.Doris helped me three time. She is so so great. Always friendly, nice, professional, and very helpful. She has such a beautiful smile and great personality. She took time explained everything to me. Answered all questions I had. She tried to help me as much as possible. Ms. Doris is just an amazing lady. Thank you Ms. Doris! Thank you Wells Fargo bank !

I went in this morning on March 24th to discuss overdraft fees on my account. While waiting, I assume a supervisor (she didn't address me or say who she was) told me there was only 1 banker today and that it was best to schedule an appointment. I stated my issue was urgent and I did not have availability to return at another time.She appeared irritated that I did not take her directive to come back another day with an appointment.She was VERY content to not assist me further. She offered no question to assist me herself, or know who I was and if she could help. That's NOT customer service.I have been a customer of Wells Fargo since 2006. You ma'am are the last straw with this bank. As of today I'm gone.

The people at this branch are very friendly. However I go to make a deposit and my deposit consist of quite a bit of loose change and I am told that the branch no longer has a coin counting machine what bank doesn’t have a machine that counts loose change for deposits. Very disappointing can’t seem to get all of my deposits done at this bank.

Everything was good except for the guy at the window. He seemed very rude towards the end of our transaction. I even told him have a good day/ happy thanksgiving, making eye contact with him, and he ignored me. I know he heard me because we made eye to eye contact. Other than that, I have no problems with this branch, everyone is always very nice and welcoming. My wife has also had an encounter with him before when he wouldn’t let her cash a check there through the window, and told her to go to a different branch. (we cash checks here a lot, through the window. That’s what I went there today for; cashed it with no problems)

Made a deposit today in drive thru banking. Went to grocery store and noticed my transaction ticket shows checks were deposited into an unknown account. Tried to contact this branch and they closed 30 minutes early. Had to file online claim. I hope branch sees this. Shame on you:(:(

Been banking here at this bank over 25 yrs.what ever has happened at this bank is causing a lot of troubles. I'm going to transfer my account. I cant stand how they treat people. Had a 35 dollar check signed by one of my yard accounts. Signed by me.but since she didnt know how to spell my name she told me to fill it in.you would have thought I was getting 1.ooodollars instead of35dollars.unreasonsonable.im done with them.i wish I had a million dollars I would take it out today.screw you well fargo

Six figure investment account holder check received to buy a high end car, Wells wouldn't help this account holder or me (the seller) convert their received check to a cashiers check without me opening an account, which would take more time than I had. Odd way to engage and not the good service advertised, I'll stick with Peoples Bank locally for sure.
