Don't go here if you speak Spanish. We arrived and at first everything was fine. I speak English and I wanted to help my husband open an account or add him to mine. They told us that we better go somewhere else because there are no Spanish-speaking agents there. So, be careful here if you speak Spanish.

My wife & I had an appointment for 4pm today & we were helped by Mrs. Carrol. She went above & beyond. We arrived 20 mins early and were greeted right away by the lovely tellers. Then we didn't even get a chance to sit down and Mrs. Carrol was helping us. It was a smooth transaction, very informative, very fast and she stayed with us until the process was complete. Thank you again Mrs Carroll, we are blessed to have had you help us. Happy Holidays & a Happy New Years! Sincerely, Mr. & Mrs. M....

Good luck trying to get someone on the phone at this location. They don’t answer their phones and push you right back to the automated system. So glad I chose not to bank with this company. Called twice around 9:30am Saturday 15, 2023Do not bank with this company. No customer service!!!

It is hard to see from the highway, but once you know where it is, it is a good location to use. It is just off the interstate. I have not seen it really busy.It has an ATM drive-thru, which is convenient. The ATM offers many account options as well as use in other languages. There are drive-thru teller lanes along with the option to go inside the bank for service. Identification is required to cash checks, etc.

Had a 2pm appt. Lady called out. No phone call from wells are any notification. Told me it’d be just a few minutes, as I’m still waiting typing this 53 min later. Maria was really nice though when I was finally seen.

My husband and I walked into This Wells Fargo bank on a Friday. Kelly Cutler was gracious enough to see us as walk ins! We had previously had issues with our home equity line regarding our choice of where we wanted our payments to go. Kelly was professional, patient, empathic and overall extremely knowledgeable and spent so much time getting our issues straightened out. We really appreciated the attention and professionalism shown to us from each employee we encountered and huge thanks to Kelly for her patience and knowledge!

Excellent customer service from everyone. I've had to deal with multiple major transactions and opened an account for my son and I get nothing but excellent service.

I give this location a big Zero! Rude lady to the left when you first walk through the door. First time at this Wells Fargo and absolutely my last! My husband and I have been clients/customers at Wells Fargo for years, never ever have I felt so disregarded. Big ZERO

Hispanic family left my comment here so that they are aware of the situation that I lived in this branch, I felt discriminated because they did not want to open my bank account, I requested the appointment online, I explained that my English was very low, since I only have a few weeks in the US so far so good, on the day of the appointment I arrived 15 minutes earlier, it was my decision to arrive earlier to be as punctual as possible, even so in my hour I pass a man without an appointment and I did not object to it Since I was not in a hurry, when I sat down and Mrs. “Jenny” attended to me, I explained to her that I am legal, that I have my two-year permit, that I am Spanish and that they do not require a visa, that I am regularizing my documentation. the rental contract where I appear as living, my valid passport, my ESTA paper, an electricity bill where I am living to validate the contract in case they put a but, a paper from a savings cooperative, certifying my data, my address , that I have an account of a horros, just for savings, my request for W7, inform me before and take everything I could, the result was that I was not clear about my situation and that I could not open the account, that if I had a debit or credit card with my name bring it and likewise I could open the account, well even so after wasting time, I agreed to another appointment, to the next appointment I took my debit and credit card but having a compound name and not being able to be complete on the card they told me no I could for lack of a name; In conclusion, I find it shameful, that they discriminate against you because of your origins, that although I am legal, in the way that I do not believe that there is a Wells Fargo policy that prevents me from opening a bank account, because Mrs. "Jenny" herself expressed it that way. It is surprising that Latinos, Hispanics are not to your liking in that branch. They spoke to me very well about the STATEVILLE branches, where Latino, Spanish-speaking people were treated very well, with politeness, cordiality and no matter where they were from or what they do business, and all the people who told me about those branches They were right, the manager Henry Cisneros, personally attended me and gave me excellent attention, and they explained that he had no problem opening my account. I must clarify that in this MOORESVILLE branch that he described as unprofessional and they discriminate against customers with the profile that he expressed. The only positive highlight of this branch is the window worker Oriana, who translated for me and explained everything very well to me with empathy, even she suggested options for my opening or requirements that met buts for me. from "Jenny" not to open it. Hope this helps Wells Fargo's image not continue to be stained with people, thank you.
