I’m not sure what they put in the coffee at this location, but I’ve had 2 separate issues recently (no fault of WF) and 2 ladies specifically, Domonique and Derrika I believe, were so friendly and so helpful. I’ve been a long time WF user and have always been content with service but the ladies at this location are awesome.

Worst customer service the lady the that is always be hind the counter goes out of here way To inconvenience me as a customer I have told the manager and the manager gets an attitude this bank branch staff is the most pitiful Wells Fargo staff I have ever met Wells Fargo should fire the whole branch and restart

It is November 22 and the branch is closed with no explanation available from anybody. What a way to run a business , not a care in the world and we the customer and our money have no say in the world. Just remember Wachovia was forced to merge with Wells Fargo to save them and the quality of product has been diving south ever since..

Worse place to be in. No one greated me. No one was friendly. Been in a few wells Fargo like this latley. Probley just switch banks

This branch is really slow. The employees act like they are cognitively impaired. It I sat there for almost 15 minutes with no one in the branch, and when someone decided to help, she acted as if I had no place to be on a Wednesday afternoon. I actually sat in front of her and wrote this entire review. It's 2015.. Pick up the pace! We all have a life.
