Legit dolts. This location should be avoided like the plague. Requested my own account information to be printed on Wells Fargo letterhead for a wire transfer. Knowing how horrible this location is, I called ahead to ensure that this request could be fulfilled. Marlene said she could do what I was requesting and there would be an envelope with the documents included for my arrival.I arrived and received generic information on how to SEND a wire transfer. After noting that this was not the information requested, the blonde in the front area stated that they could get me an account summary, however it would only have the last 4 of the account number. I retorted with how is that going to help me with a wire transfer.Spent another 20 minutes in the teller line to get a temporary check that will hopefully work.
