I've been going here for several years now and have never needed to interact with customer service before. My first time was not a pleasent one, so much in fact I will no longer he shopping here. Would not recommend unless you appreciate rude managers who refuse to apologize for poor policy and giggling employees who openly laugh at your frustration.

The pickup service here is consistently horrible. The least amount of time I've ever waited is 20 minutes. Shame on me for thinking it will ever be different.

Horrible rude people working here. How do you expect people to check out by 11pm when you only have ONE SELF CHECK OUT open at a time and like 5 employees standing all around watching. This place never has anybody at any registers. It's ridiculous. This is the second time in two nights I get told I can't check out. I will not be returning. A lot of lazy workers. You don't need that many people standing watching people check out in self check out at one register open. Doesn't make any sense to me:

I'm here from out of state visiting family and, of course, had to check out Wal,art in Moorseville. I purchased some items on Monday and later realized one article was the wrong size. I returned yesterday and am elderly and obviously physically challenge. The greeter didn't even attempt or offer to get me a scooter. A lady named Wendy, who wan bear y and observed, offered to assist me and retrieved a scooter chair. Additionall, Kathy atService Deskwas very kind and patient. I simply wanted to give accolades to two individuals who went above and beyond.Respectfully,Christie Massey

I'm really glad I give second and sometimes third chances. Let's be real - we all have days when things just don't go well. Today was a good day. I picked up some groceries curbside and the person loading my bags was so nice and personable. My order was on time and everything was satisfactory.

Probably the biggest and cleanest Walmart that I've visited. Lots and lots of clothing and I've discovered that I really like the Time and Tru line. I have a tad bit broader shoulders and their shirts fit well.

We just moved to the area and have made several visits to this Wal-Mart. I purchased bath, kitchen and bedding items. Yesterday, I purchased a TV stand and it had a manufacturer defect. I went to customer service to return the item and the process was super easy. She scanned the items and as credited my card. Easy in and out process.

Careful when shopping on the clearance section because they resell open boxes and simply crazy glued it. This is not only disgusting but unsanitary!!

It continues to amaze me that so many Walmart Supercenters don't understand the concept of things needing to be in stock so that customers can purchase them. Two of the items I wanted today either did not have enough or did not have any. That's a disappointment. The store itself is pretty standard for a Walmart. Some items moved around by customers. A shopping cart with a flat wheel. A long queue at the register. They are monitoring the number of customers in the store, per state/county guidelines. Masks are required but it is not enforced. Most customers are not honoring any sort of social distancing. I grabbed the few things I needed and escaped. Not a great experience and it could have been better, but it's about what I have come to expect from Walmart these days. [Review 14561 overall, 59 of 2021, number 2796 in North Carolina.]

Boy this place as gone down hill. Have friends coming over so I decided to get an early start shopping. I guess I'm remembering pre COVID days. 4:30 am I go into the store. Doors standing wide open. Shopping carts filling and staff approach me and ask if I'm a customer. Yep sure am. I was quickly asked to leave and escorted like a criminal out of the store. Walmart no longer is open 24 hours a day. They start at 7 am.

THEY DO NOT VALUE SAFETY! I had gone there only a few times in the 10 years I've lived here. I never really have an opinion and only used it as a place to pick up last-minute items. But my trip last week left a lasting impression. I had walked in to see a mask sign saying it was required to wear masks inside yet when I walked in, many customers were not wearing any. Many employees did not enforce the rule and didn't wear masks themselves. I just saw another yelp review saying they've been like this since late June. I am very upset this is still happening. There's a reason our COVID cases our rising. I'm surprised someone hasn't said anything to them directly. Someone needs to fix this ASAP!
