Walmart Home Services has been praised for its helpful employees. A customer, Christie Massey, commended two employees, Wendy and Kathy, for their kindness and patience in assisting her with a return, especially after not receiving assistance from the greeter. Another customer appreciated the curbside pickup person for being nice and on time. The store's cleanliness and wide selection of clothing, particularly the Time and Tru line, have also been positively noted. However, there have been some inconsistencies in customer service, but overall, the service has been satisfactory.
The pickup service here is consistently horrible. The least amount of time I've ever waited is 20 minutes. Shame on me for thinking it will ever be different.

Don't bother with Uber eats pick up.. as a driver I went to pick up an order for a customer waited one hour and 15 minutes a customer was so upset. She canceled the order I got paid nothing. They have no one working there..
