If you want to wait 4 hours for a simple prescription, this is the pharmacy for you! This pharmacy used to be great but it has gone WAY downhill in the last few months.

The pharmacy staff was rude, gave faulty information and was extremely unprofessional.

this Walgreens is horrible, they never have prescriptions ready and half the time you have to argue with them about a prescription you've been receiving for the last 10 years.

These people have completely inconsistent rules which they only sometimes follow. They also treat patients who take controlled substances like they're all junkies who are trying to rob the place and treated my fiancé as subhuman because she looked slightly androgynous, referring to her as "it" and openly laughing at her.

This is specifically for the photo center. I usually get my photos printed through online services but I had to get a passport photo and I decided to stop at this Walgreens. Alice at the photo center was absolutely amazing. I watched her kindly and skillfully juggle multiple guests. During my time there there was a sweet lady attempting to print photos of her family. Alice was so patient and kind to her, jumping between guests while answering any questions the sweet lady had. We should all strive to be like Alice.

I'm unsure why this is, but people working in pharmacies allow themselves to come off as incredibly miserable people and I say that because it is obvious in their expressions, their tone, their sighs, etc. and it should be addressed. I have been going to this pharmacy for a couple of years now and I dread going because of the misery. The attitude is more evident now given that the medication I'm on is rarely in stock. Somehow myself and others in my situation are a bother to pharmacies when calling in for our adderall prescription. Even though there has been an adderall shortage for sometime now, the only advice that is given by this place is to call around and ask other pharmacies if they have any of the medication in stock. This is poor advice. It makes customers look like junkies and I speak from experience as I took this advice last month and called seventeen pharmacies in my area and they were all annoyed with me asking about this prescription. Last month when I took this advice I called seventeen pharmacies in a 40 mile of Charlotte. Fifteen said they were out before quickly hanging up, two of the pharmacies told me that even though they had adderall in stock, they were not providing it for new or non existing customers. There is no one advocating to correct this shortage, or so it seems, and while I expect it's an exhausting situation for pharmacies and those working there, they should consider how challenging it is for those of us with ADHD or ADD who can't get our medication. It's challenging for those of us in college who have difficulties to properly focus as our brains are not correctly wired. All of that to say, some genuine sympathy would go a long way and that is something this pharmacy lacks. Listen, I understand stress as I worked in a covid ICU through the start and end of the covid pandemic, and I'm happily still there. I say this to say that in those challenging times, I didn't see one nurse I work with, no matter how mentally, emotionally and physically drained they were, take any frustrations out on patients, not even in how they spoke to them. If these men and women, whom I have a lot of respect for, can remain humble, approachable, kind and sincere during one of our generations most challenging times, then those who work in this pharmacy should be able to do the same. Yet every time I call in for my prescription I'm greeted with a heavy sigh and a disgruntled tone. That's unacceptable and so is the advice of calling around to other pharmacies. The girl today said she had not heard of other pharmacies refusing to fill a prescription for nonexistent customers, but this is the reality we're in and she should be more aware of that before giving out this generic advice that's not even a proper solution to begin with. If you have time to call around to over a dozen pharmacies, then that's great, but most of us do not, especially for those of us who work while attending a rigorous college program. Everyone's time is precious and to be ignorant of that is disappointing at best.

This Walgreen's Pharmacy is either overcome with orders or they are either understaffed and have very negative service. They'll hand up on you and say your prescriptions aren't refillable until the Dr contacts them with approval and the Drs nurse will say we've called them, faxed them, emailed them and have gotten so frustrated with Walgreen's service. Also they'll put you on hold and then hang up on you.

Slow slow slow and rude and I get really exhausted telling the same person the same info over and over again while watching them tell every person that comes in to do the same thing and no your prescription is not ready despite us telling you it was

Slowest pharmacy in the world. They should be ashamed of themselves. Look at the ratings, I'm obviously not the only person that thinks they stink. They have no problem letting people wait 30 min or more to pick up their prescription. And that's after you get the call that it's ready to pick up.

By far the WORST customer service at any Walgreens I have ever been to. this is my third time calling corporate with my concerns about this store. I am sick and tired of being racially profiled. And I am hoping corporate takes action because the store MANAGER HAS/WILL NOT. There should be a sign on the door that says "SERVING WHITE PEOPLE ONLY". I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS WALGREENS. I've spent so much money with Walgreens I'm a loyal customer and the way I have been treated over and over at this Walgreens is in acceptable.

Some of the staff here are extremely rude. I'm talking rude to the point of looking at you but refusing to ask if you need assistance. It's a shame because this Walgreens use to be helpful and friendly. I understand that EVERYONE is bogged down, but that is no excuse for poor manners. Not everyone is rude, I found Ozzy to be helpful. Please examine yourselves and bring back some decency to this location.

I went here for a covid test and went inside and asked the girl at the front if they did them and if they required appointments. She was nice and said yes they test at the drive thru and i made sure to ask if they required appointments because i did not have one. She said no you don't need an appointment so I continued on to the drive thru where I waited for 40 minutes just for the worker at the window to tell me i needed an appointment. He then continued to ask who told me I didn't need one and I described the girl to him. I was not really upset until he came back with an attitude telling me the girl says she didn't talk to anyone about covid testing. I wouldn't make it up and wait in a long drive thru line. I am just saying they should be more educated up front to give truthful information and own up to their mistakes. I wouldn't have been mad at all if she didn't know and asked someone else. And I wouldn't have been as frustrated if the window worker didn't come back with an attitude saying "she says she didn't talk to anyone" as if I was lying. I should've told him to check the cameras to see me walk in there 40 minutes prior to ask, since that's how long the drive thru took.
