We moved from Mooresville to Ocean Isle Beach. We have always used WF Duncan and mail our taxes to them since we moved. They always do a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I dropped my taxes off and went back the next day and they was done and I paid and that was it I didn't have to sit there for a hour or two hours

very professional, yes it is no chit chat or tea and crumpets, this is a business and they are quick and professional and its all about numbers, facts and filing taxes, not entertaining. We have gone there for 7 years.

Absolutely agree with Sarah's review!! I have been going to Willie and his wife Lynda for YEARS!!! I'm 34 and I'm talking at least 10 years. This year I will not be going to Duncan. His daughter Gina has absolutely no customer service! She is very rude! I have tried to get a sit down appointment with his wife but nope, they simply want me to just drop my taxes off at the office and then they will do them whenever they please. His son in law just called me a few minutes ago to cancel my appointment that I FINALLY got after all but insisting I was coming in for a sit down appointment, But of course, I can drop my taxes off and they will do them. That's exactly what he told me!!! If I could give W F Duncan zero stars I would!!!

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would!!!! It all starts as you walk into the most unfriendly office EVER!!!! Will NEVER be giving this place my business again, and I don't recommend them to ANYONE!!! They make you feel like you're as small as a dime. Never getting my business again!
