I am dumbfounded by how terrible the customer service is at this store. Just an hour ago, Brannon, the store manager, decided it was appropriate to call my wife a bitch. No words. I would not allow a member of my family to darken the door of this establishment again. As a 26 year law enforcement veteran, I have never seen worse customer service after a sale. Buyer beware.

UNBELIEVABLE! DO NOT GO HERE! The store manager called my friend a BITCH, to her face! Cussed several more times in front of us and the staff and continued to call her a liar. So much MORE happened but ultimately the managers; Brandon and Brannon and the staff Shannon were incredibly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced such horrid customer service.

Terrible store to do business with!!! Eli, one of the sales people there did everything he could to make right what Patricia did wrong. If you like cheap used car sales people this is the store for you. They will lie to get your business, take your trade in phones, tell you the new phones are free then charge you for them the next week, then tell you it’s too late and there is nothing they can do. Cannot even get my original phones back. Wow!

This store needs to fire everyone and start over. If they don't think they are going to make any commission or it's not a quick sale they give you a phone number to call with a bs excuse of why they can't help you. Went around and around for over 2 hours on the phone for them to not be able to figure it out but the supervisor did tell that they COULD HAVE done this in the store. So they lied to my face and not only lost me as a customer of 20 years, but also my whole family is now switching providers as well because it shouldn't be that hard to get help and I shouldn't have to get the run around for hours trying to get help. I even saw a reality tv star in the store at the same time as me and they clearly didn't know who she was and she was getting the run around as well so it's obviously how they do things here. Do better

Do not even waste your time, you are better off finding another store. Every single time that I have ever been in this store there has been more employees than customers and nobody is willing to help. As soon as you walk in they tell you to step to the side and call customer service and act as if you are a burden in the store. I've never had a good experience in this store.

We just came in and has some questions and Angela was absolutely no help. Not friendly in the least, and every question we had was “uhm, I’m not sure” or just simply saying “uhm… let me see” and giving us no answers or help. I can’t speak for anyone else that works there but if she knows nothing about the phones or services I’m not sure why she would work there. I recommend going to a different Verizon location so you can avoid her all together.

A long time Verizon customer over 10 years but this location and customer service have been horrible. Melvin the Business sales rep got us to transfer our personal lines to business to save money but since day 1 we have had issues and headaches. They didn't move over all lines, they double charged us and inactivated our lines and tried to charge us re-activation fees. All of this we tried to resolve at the store over 3 hours but kept being told to call the 1800 number that they can't do anything. Customer service were no help either because most reps cant see both personal and business accounts and the one person who saw both said she was negotiating a credit rather than refunding the money we double paid and hung up on us. So much frustration being transfered over and over again we are over Verizon and still battling getting our refund. Don't get Verizon not worth the headache, they don't have good service in most areas.

Travis fixed an issue I’ve been having with my iPhone for months dealing with customer service on the phone. Travis got everything fixed quickly and was very personable and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and streamlined the whole process, thanks again Travis!
