Totally lied to by salesperson. Added a second line to my device as a promotion for upgrading. Plan was quoted at 65. with discount of $10. for auto billing and paperless, but it was actually 80. on the bill. total monthly estimate on my quote was 153. actual monthly. was 190.!! That is 24% higher than quoted. That is outrageous. Verizon couldn't fix this. All they could say is they don't know what their salesperson did to get that price. Yet I had a signed estimate showing that was the plan price quoted by their staff. I spent hours on the phone with Verizon with no resolution. We are senior military veterans, Verizon couldn't care less.

I think you needed the greeter standing by the front door checking people in. It's confusing to walk into your store and no one says "hi welcome to Verizon - what do you need today" you are just left to look around and mess with a tablet that doesn't send you into a customer q automatically and actually made me nervous I was messing with my plan.

I was very unhappy with the service at the Mooresville location, because of the greeter. I walk in the store the greeter says nothing, does not ask if I need assistance or anything. I go into the store looking for a car charger and charging cord and after looking for about 5 minutes another person comes in and the greeter is eager to help her. Needless I was pissed but I left it alone and walked out. Will not be going to this location again. POOR SERVICE!

Terrible service Taylor and the manager did not answer our questions regarding Internet promotion. Instead, they wanted to sell us a very expensive plan that we did not need, and when we told them that that was not what we were looking for, they treated us rudely.
