Out of toilet paper in both Ladies and Men's restrooms twice in past 5-6 weeks!!!
Thankfully they put signs on the doors so you wouldn't get a shock when you reached for the paper.
How can something like this happen? Poor management is the answer!
PS- just grab a tee shirt or two if you really got to go Their bad!!

I like what I find here, however Debra the cashier was especially rude to me and talked down to me. I had a simple exchange for one item. It was within the 7 day policy. She had to keep my old receipt which is fine, but wouldn’t let me take a picture of it for my records ( I keep a budget book with receipts). She let me for the total but made sure she covered what I had actually gotten with her hand said you aren’t going to return anything else! Which I hadn’t planned on anyhow, but thanks?! I don’t recommend doing exchanges here! Not worth it.

Overall not too impressed with their items. This was a mix of Ross/Michaels with a thrift shop. Strange to see food with used items but good for people who cannot afford much. I probably would check expiration dates. There was a ton of clothes. Unfortunately I was not looking for clothes but looking for pottery and mugs. Their prices were about average but for some of the knickknack stuff it was a hit or miss. Good selection of clothes, ok selection for blankets and not too much household stuff. The employees didn't really take notice of us which I guess isn't bad. It's a thrift shop not a salon.

Half the stuff is from Marshalls. Still has the tags and the prices are ridiculous. A used off brand instapot for $50??? A suitcase for $60??? Used shoes for $35??? A beanie and gloves for $15. You got to be kidding me. A majority of the clothes aren't 2nd hand anymore. Only thing worth it seems to be the food up front. They are trying to be a knock off of marshalls and the prices are good for a depeartment store...but not for a thift store. I wouldn't consider them a thift store at all anymore.

The bathroom is so gross there’s yellow tape on the doors and bars of soap to be used to wash your hands so if you shop here please be aware if you have to use the restroom they need to upgrade this store bad!!

Where should I start ? Yesterday I was waiting out front of the story waiting for my 15 daughter and had two employees come outside and asked me what I was doing sitting in front of the store when I explain to them that I was waiting for my daughter the lady explained to me that her coworkers were all suspicious and worried about what I was doing in front of the store so I told hthevwoman. I’m waiting for my 15 daughter and she still inside the store it made me feel very uncomfortable, and due to the fact that I’m black, I felt very disrespected

Some of these comments are so out of line. I came here a couple of years ago while visiting Mooresville from Los Angeles and I found the most AMAZING deals. You are complaining about the prices???? Whatever....I call BS. Where else can you find 75% off deals? I found the most interesting things and thought the prices were MORE than fair. Come thrift shopping in L.A. if you want to complain about sticker shock. I got tops and shorts and dresses for next to nothing. I had to spend some time looking but it was packed full of treasures and the thrill was in the hunt. I also got 5 lovely watches for under 15 dollars. The staff were polite, kind and helpful. Quit complaining and count your blessings. You've all been spoiled by dirt cheap prices and lovely sales people. Come thrifting in L.A. sometime. Talk about rude employees!!! I guarantee that you will appreciate the STEALS you get here, and for the love of Mary, quit your griping. Good Lord. Thank you to all of the VV team for showing a west coast girl some good old southern hospitality. I will be back.

This place has 75 percent and 50 percent off certain color tickets daily. Color tickets will be on TV screen on wall. Excellent buys on these tickets. Color changes periodically.

I always love value village and I love their prices especially since almost every single day maybe every single day I'm not sure different tag colors are discounted on different days. Love love love the store can't say enough good things about this store and even if you get home and the stuff don't fit you can bring it back as long as the tag is still attached and you still have the receipt but you only get store credit which is totally fine because you can find more stuff for you or if you can't find anything you like someone else. ❤️
