Horrible service. They can't get you your letters that say out for delivery. They crush your packages to fit them in the mail box and if you complain to the supervisor he will tell you he 6ft 1 and basically lie to you about package handling. Once you complain the will literally never delivery or deliver late. Never had so many letters just go missing.

Worst Post Office I have ever set foot in. Carrier constantly misplace mail in cluster box. Post office provides no resolution to lost mail. Retail in post office staffed by people who don't know what they're doing nor how to process packages for international shipping. Frequent service issues and staff don't care about any resolution.

My packages were not delivered to my front door, because I have a keyed mailbox. I received an email indicating that my packages were picked up at the Postal Facility. I did not pick up the items I paid for on the USPS website, and the items were not delivered to my keyed mailbox or my front door. I have never experienced anything like this from any delivery service that has the responsibility of delivering customer packages.I am not surprised that the Mooresville Post Office has a two-star rating. The Postal delivery person in my area is rude and unprofessional. I wish I did not have to conduct business with your Post Office period!This is a very sad situation.

I have lived in the area for less than 6 months and I've had multiple problems with this location. This week payed for priority shipping to send a package that's only 30 minutes away from my location, and now the package is halfway across the country.Do not use this location!
