Can’t cancel my unit! I have called 4 times and emailed multiple times in the last 2 weeks and cannot get a single call back. While the customer service team is helpful, they say it on the manager who will not answer. Will be filing a BBB claim since I’m at a loss of what else to do.

I have stored my boat outside for 4 to 5 years before safe nest bought the buisness was paying 45.00 dollars a month for a couple years went to 55.00 dollars for a couple years when safeness bought buisness went to 102.00 a month to store my boat outside no ac no heat it was in the elements in the parking lot this is being taken advantage of people never had any issues while my boat was here sad I had to move my boat 25 miles away now to get a good price I allready own my boat paying 100 dollars a month is like paying payments again rediculous to charge that much rent
