As much as a pain I was having to reschedule a bunch they were very understanding and helpful. The tint turned out great and I felt comfortable using their customer lounge while waiting.

1st Appointment: I was optimistic and excited to finally have my car tinted. I went back and forth on different companies. I at first, didn’t want to go with this company because of the high price knowing that others would do it for $260 or less. But the lifetime warranty was enticing and the reviews seemed pretty solid. I arrive and a nice gentleman greeted me, asked what I wanted and I mentioned the Supreme package cause that’s the price I was quoted over the phone and I also wanted legal tint. He began to mention that legal tint wasn’t even worth paying for cause it’s not dark enough and that the Ultimate package would be worth the money at 20% tint. He cut me a good deal for going with the ultimate package. So my car is finished! At first everything looked great… at first but upon further inspection, I noticed debris in the tint such as hair and particles that I know will not go away. I also noticed a few days later (after I’m allowed to roll the window down) that the film did not go towards the edge of the window. Which I’m ok with a small gap but this was too much. I mentioned these issues and they were more than happy to take care of them with a new appointment.2nd Appointment: I arrive early in the morning and was greeted by a different person. He came to inspect my car and started to make excuses for why the tint is the way it is and saying that it doesn’t look that bad at all from quickly glazing over the windows, missing all the fine details. I was getting pretty heated because it didn’t seem like he was for the customers satisfaction. At that point I was disinterested in the company strictly off of that interaction. I also mentioned that if they were going to replace the faulty tint, which was all of them then I just want legal tint, I was upsold 20% and it wasn’t my first choice. Boy did that not go well with the guy looking over my car. He said “that means we have to take off the back window too and it may not look good” with a firm tone. My voice started to elevate because of the excuses to not want to get the job done right. Anyways, I drop my car off and let them take care of it. Half the day later, they say my car is done. I’m thinking “great! I’m eager to see it” I receive my car and now there’s more issues than before. There’s glue on the back left window, glue on the front right window, bubbles on the front left window. The only windows that were well done was the back window which I was told wouldn’t look great and the back right window…. However the back right window had 1 big drawback. Turns out my inner door panel was burned. Thank the heavens they take inspection pictures or else I wouldn’t have been able to prove that they did it.Before the 3rd appointment, I came by to have them look at the issues of the car. There was a lady that greeted me this time and she was very nice. Super apologetic about everything and appreciated my patience on the situation. Even offered me a coupon for my next visit, although not super affective but the thought was very much appreciated. And she offered to replace my door panel. However the other guy from before said “well hold up, let’s take a look at what we can do first and I can speak with my boss to see our options” Again when I pointed out the issue, the same guy says “that’s not from a heat gun, looks like it’s coming from the inside” SIR! You can clearly see fading of the plastic and a warp! How else is this caused considering you all use a heat gun to seal the tint to the glass. So they made another appointment to get the issues fixed.3rd appointment: I was not interested at all with leaving my car again to have issues fixed but the attitude of the guy changed and he was also appreciative of my patience and was apologetic. Plus they gave me a partial refund to fix my door.Most issues were fixed this time finally EXCEPT my front and rear door panels are misaligned and my driver window has glue in the top corner which you can’t notice until later and squeaks when I roll down. I really don’t want to go back again to have it fixed so I’m torn…

Awesome Experience! Had front tint done on Navigator and out in 30 minutes! My step daughter had tint removal, retint, headlight restoration and new headlamps installed. Same awesome experience!

The entire team at Tint World is super friendly, very knowledgeable and beyond accommodating. They complete their work professionally and timely. Called Friday morning and they scheduled me same day and got my f250 done fast. Tint looks great and the staff is nice and knowledgeable… they also do wraps and emergency light/LED lightsHighly recommend
