The self checkout was wrapped around to the front entrance, while there was only 1 cashier ringing up people. We do not work for Target nor do we get paid for ringing up items. Get those cashiers on the registers.

Terrible - I ordered pick up they asked me to sign for the package while they were walking out then put my package in another vehicle! Now I am waiting for a ticket to be resolved since it’s “impossible” for an item to be picked up without scanning a barcode and now I’m out over $50 and late to my nephews bday. Will never use again!

I’m usually very pleased with this target, however, we recently bought a humidifier and upon opening it, it had already been used with water still in it along with some residue. The cord wasn’t neatly wrapped like it was brand new either so that should have been the first red flag. Needless to say, we’re disappointed that this happened and it seems that someone returned it and it wasn’t checked over by staff before putting it back on the shelf. I’m not even sure if it works. We just put it back in the box and are returning it.

What the heck is going on with the management team here? I’ve been to the location a couple times over the past few weeks, and it seems like the employees are all either stressed out, sick, or both.Employees seem to be doing a good job with not coughing and touching things, but you can tell more than a few of them are sick. If I was corporate I would look in to employees coming to work when they are sick, and perhaps check in on your employees mental well-being while you’re at it. If you don’t have enough coverage to handle your employees calling out then maybe it’s time to hire some more. Nobody should have to work when they are sick!I have 10+ years of experience in retail and the service industry, including experience as a team lead. I can tell that something at the Mooresville Target is “off”. I will change my review to 5 stars once corporate Target verifies with me that they have completed a non-retaliatory audit of the employees of this location.

Long line and no one working the order pick up register. A girl finally came after 20 minutes and was chewing food and didn’t say a word the whole time. Unprofessional and rude. At least say “how are you” or “have a nice day”, but not a word said to us. If you hate your job that much then quit. 12/21/23 at 6:30pm

Parking lot is like a dimly lit alley way. They have outdoor cameras that I'm positive can't see anything it's so dark.
