Best experience! We have boughten multiple mattresses and a reclining chair and every time everyone has been super helpful and knowledgeable. The products are very high quality and the prices are super reasonable. Delivery is quick and easy too!

I couldn't be happier with the service I got at Sweet dreams.. Greg Law was extremely helpful in getting me that I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Randy and Michael delivered and were extremely efficient and courteous. I don't have a negative thing to say about any of it.

This store/company has the WOW factor! Starting with the Store Manager Andrew at the Mooresville outlet location, this gentleman knows his business, first by qualifying me, making me feel that he was genuinely concerned about my well being. He walked me through the process, so that I had a full understanding of everything that I was purchasing. He arranged my delivery as promised within 3 days. I received an automated call confirming my delivery, which was a 2 hr window 8-10am, I then received a call from the drivers and they were at my home by 8:15 am. The two delivery drivers Preston and Conner were professional, polite, clean and quick. They answered all of my questions. I am very happy customer.. This is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have received in a very long time.. Keep up the great work team.........

Jake and Todd from the Mooresville store delivered our bed and mattress on the earlier side which was perfect for my schedule! They were courteous, professional and even took their shoes off without me having to ask! I would recommend Sweet Dreams for your bed and mattress needs!

We had to return a mattress we bought 3 1/2 years ago because of lumps and bumps in it. Libra was very helpful with our exchange and we selected a new mattress. Max and Todd were perfect with their delivery that was quick and on-time.

I had a replacement mattress delivered, which was a full size from the outlet location. Andrew was the sales rep that helped us with this. Max and Todd were the ones that delivered it. They both were very friendly. It was mentioned what we needed to do when getting a brand new mattress. Overall great service!

Although I had been in Sweet Dreams a few times but had never purchased anything for myself, I had a great all around experience with the sales staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The items were delivered today, in a timely manner and Chris and Connor were also very friendly, polite and professional.

We are new to the area and were referred to Sweet Dreams by a friend. We had an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. The sales staff was very helpful and patient with us while we were trying to find the perfect furniture for our new home. The delivery crews were all very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. We had three deliveries because we had to special order some items. Each time we had a delivery, everything was carefully wrapped and brought into our home without hitting any walls. When I had questions about the items, the delivery people were able to answer my questions. We will definitely be shopping with Sweet Dreams again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for furniture or beds. They have a huge selection of furniture and bedding,and we have received many compliments about the pieces we chose. Thank you for a very positive experience and for treating our new furniture and home with care.

10/10 from start to finish!!From the moment my wife and I walked into the store, our experience was nothing short of stellar! We’ve been to two different locations, and the warmth and kindness you are met with is truly awesome! We were on the search for a new mattress, and having been to several other mattress stores in the area, we knew right away that whatever we went with would be through sweet dreams.We wound up purchasing a high-end mattress last year and ran into a small warranty issue with it about a month ago. We contacted Sweet Dreams about it, and Katy helped me through the warranty process. She and her team quickly took care of us and had us sleeping on a new mattress a week later.I work in customer service myself, and I can say with certainty that you will not find better service anywhere else, ESPECIALLY when buying a mattress (or any furniture for that matter). Everyone from the owners, salespeople, managers, delivery crew, etc. were all awesome! I’m not sure what the training process is here, but clearly management are doing their due diligence to ensure the entire team represents the company with pride, and it shows!I’m so glad that we found Sweet Dreams! We are definitely customers for life and will not be going anywhere else for all our future furniture purchases!Thanks again Katy & the rest of the team!

I had to get new support beams and a foundation for my bed and Libra was such a big help. I went I’m not knowing what I needed exactly and Libra was able to steer me in the right direction. She was very knowledgeable and gave great customer service. Delivery was smooth ! I’d recommend this business to anyone !

I honestly hate that I can't give them a 5-Star rating, I love seeing local businesses succeed and do well. I really do feel like Sweet Dreams is a good company and gives customer experience the importance it deserves. From trying out mattresses, to our son being given a certificate for graduating to a big boy bed, to the delivery of our mattress for my wife and I, everything was top notch and everyone was kind and professional. Their importance to detail like having snacks and drinks for kids is superb and patience when honestly not knowing which mattress we want was wonderful.Where we feel like there was a failure was in the communication of what we were actually buying. My wife and I purchased a Clearance Lake Norman Chill Plush mattress. We were okay with the idea of buying a returned mattress, and were told that it was sanitized and had a new top sewn onto it. With the deal we were getting we thought why not? What was not clearly communicated is that the new mattress top was not the same top that is sold on the original bed. We came into the store twice within a couple of hours trying out the same mattress and was never told that detail. I have no idea what the new mattress top actually is, but it is for sure much hotter than the one we tried in the store. I don't know if all their clearance mattresses are the same way. I just wish there had been a little more clear communication on what was being actually purchased.I don't think they're a company that intentionally wants to mislead customers, but it does lower the overall experience of the whole purchase for us when you feel like you didn't get what you thought your were buying.

The purchasing experience with Libra was exceptional. From her knowledge of products and questions regarding our needs to completing the sale was a worthwhile and pleasant experience. Our delivery crew of Conner and Todd were experienced courteous and their experience was obvious. We have not slept on our new Tempur-Pedicure Luxbreeze yet and can’t wait.

Could not be more pleased. Our entire transaction was done over the phone and internet - no in person visit to a store. When an accent chair that we selected was not available, Katy was extremely helpful in locating a perfect replacement. She also made sure that all the items ordered were in place for a single delivery time. Delivery crew, Conner and Jake, were right on time, helpful with placement and just did a fine job. It's no wonder this business gets so many fantastic reviews, they earn and deserve them. Thanks to all who helped make this a great experience. We'll be back for more!
