“Story time…… I have been in PAIN and unable to do my daily walks for a few weeks. I went to my podiatrist and he recommended for me to come here and find a comfortable walking shoe ?
I go today and met Sophie! She conducted my gait analysis and was knowledgeable of what shoe would work for me based on my gait results. We went 1/2 sizes up from the recommendation and that’s where we found my Cinderella shoe ? The best part is she chose shoes for me that was under my budget!!! Grace met with me and made sure I had a wonderful experience with Sophie! I will be back next week for my Cinderella shoes ? I hope they have a VIP club…. ?”
“Walked into the shop, looking for some specific bike clips after showing a photo of what I needed. Pulled exactly what I needed out of a drawer. Super nice dude go give them some business.”

“Matt did an amazing job restringing a 30 year old glove my wife has had since high school. He took great care of the glove and even went out of his way to get it done in time for Mother's Day. Regardless of changes in his personal schedule, he made the extra effort to make sure it was done in time. Thank you, Matt - we will be avoiding the big chain stores for our sporting good needs, Bases Loaded Sports will be our go-to.”

“Showed up looking for some simple bearing lube. David C. recommended the Z-max LUBE product, and no joke...this stuff is amazing. Sold me on the chocolate smelling brake cleaner too!”
“Somehow, my driver shaft broke on the drive from Maryland to North Carolina. I was planning on playing golf in a couple days. I took the driver to All Star Golf. They put a new shaft on and regripped the club in a couple of hours. I hit the driver better than ever the next day. I liked the new grip so well I had four clubs regripped the next day.”

“We have always bought soccer cleats here and this year the cleats we bought failed, and literally cracked in half.
Took them back last night and the 2 young men at the front of the store were incredibly respectful and apologetic.
Found another pair, they gave us credit for the ones that broke and we moved on.

“I have to say moving down to Mooresville is like vacation everyday. Being a part of Lake effects is the icing on the cake! Staff and facility are 10 stars if i could give it to them. Jackie and Emma are the friendliest most professional. The boat staff Zack, Jack and the rest of the crew are super attentive when you come in and out with the boat. I have been a member since April and have no regrets joining.”
