If I could give a Zero star review I would! Today I experienced the most disrespectful customer service at a gas station that I have ever been to. I went in today and there was a black lady working sitting there on a stool servicing people behind the The register as she was sitting down, She was very rude and disrespectful and let me know that she just started a few days ago. I will be calling corporate tomorrow to give more detail as I don’t think that this is the place for me to put everything in full description. I come into the speedway store every other day, to purchase something but I will never be back again! The store smells in the inside and it lacks customer service! A lot of their candy by to the register is full of dust, which means they don’t take care of the stores hygiene. I am disgusted by my experience today.

If i could give negative stars. I certainly would.
Paid for gas last night and when i got to the pump the pump lagged and cleared itself before i even pick up the pump. The store worked ran outside saying i pushed the help button. Never did but cool. He then lets me know the computer is saying there’s no money on the pump but he knows i paid. He calls his manage to see is she’s ever had this happen. Long story short they told me I’d have to wait to see what happen to my money. I pushed back because end of the day. I paid for a service and it wasn’t given to me. I had to go back and forth with the story worked as well as the manger in the phone. All for 8.00. The value isn’t what’s important. It’s how things are handled and the empathy you show. Again if you’d strong suit isn’t customer service … go to a warehouse !

Stopped here for a slushie. Store was fine, better than I remember it actually. The lady that rung me up was helpful. Decent gas station.

Never really rated a gas station but in comparison to other gas stations they were pretty expensive tobacco products
