All I have to say that I'm not coming back to this shop anymore! It's too expensive for the style and color I asked for. Never wanted to use the client about the good products that was given. Client kept saying she been using those good products for some years but hairstylist seems like she didn't want to use them? Client knows her scalp and hair but still hairstylist didn't believe her. I tried not to complaint while I was there because I need my hair done. I don't understand why the hairstylists here in NC does not listen to their clients when it comes to their hair?One positive things about that unpleasant visit is when she did you my color and itch shampoo and she styled it real good. Goodluck to her and let God bless her and her family! Please listen to clients that knows what they are talking about when it's their hair.
