Amazing amazing amazing!!!! Me and my wife came in here new to the area and struggling to find good sleep! Michael helped us find our sleep number, let us try the beds, and even shows us pillows AND Financing!!! I now am getting the best sleep of my life for only $60 a month !!!!!!! I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are ready to transform not only your sleep but how your body feels on a daily basis then sleep number is the first door to open!!!! THANK YOU MICHAEL

Adrian asked pertinent questions to determine our needs. She thoroughly explained the process of choosing the appropriate mattress and walked us through the process of being ready for the delivery and setup and also highlighted everything in writing.

Overpriced beds and accessories ($200 for a pillow..one model bed is $13,000.00, told this by associate)
Also when associate was adjusting bed with the remote(which took awhile for them to get working with whatever electronics it was being used with), movements were so slight they were almost imperceptible...and it ended up feeling like the mattress we already had; we did have to leave on an emergency, but the time we spent there didn't impress us with the product..

The staff was great, knowledgeable, and helpful to provide a smooth experience. The store even had legos for our kids to play with while we shopped which was a great way to keep them occupied.

The staff at Mooresville sleep number is wonderful! Very helpful and honest. We have converted almost all of our bedrooms to entirely sleep number products! Josie and Adrienne are patient and kind while we test the product and drill them with questions. They understand this is a big investment and help us with info to make our final decision.
