The staff here are so nice an willing to help you out with your needs and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile an a good morning sir how can I help you. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the things I needed and was fast to get it for me . Definitely will be going back .

I took a 2 hour trip to Simpson World East to pick out my new helmet. The sales lady was nice but told me the Simpson Outlaw Bandit I was looking at was not Snell approved. When I pointed out the Snell 2020 marking she said "well it's not Snell approved". I purchased the helmet in XL along with a Gold tinted shield that she went into the stock room to get for me. When I returned home I found the shield is for small & xsmall helmets. I called the next day (Tuesday) and was told a shield that would work with my XL helmet would be 2 day mailed to me because I needed the helmet this weekend. As I am writing this it is Saturday and I haven't received the shield I needed today.
