A bit hidden and not as spacious as one is used to in the USA.
But otherwise everything is good as always with Shell. Pay quickly and easily at the pump. The receipt printer at the gas pump also works. thumbs up

Made the mistake of getting gas here before getting my car inspected. My card was charged $200 by this merchant and when I questioned this I was told by 2 employees that this company chooses customers at random and the money would go back on my card in so many business days. Can not pay for inspection or property tax now! Do not go here!!!!!!

Traveling from out of town went in to use restroom and get a drink right at 11. I use restroom came out to grab drinks k and snacks before getting back on highway and after I got drink cashier which said west manager told me she closed at 11 and wouldn’t allow me to get snacks. Very rude to someone traveling. I’m sorry she closed at 11 but it was like 11:03 wouldn’t have took me a second to get what I needed. This cause me to have to find another service station. Unacceptable customer service.

I went to just get stuff before work and was refused service by this big white man with a grey shirt he was rude I told him what I wanted literally 7 times and he didn't know what I was talking about so I pointed it out and he was embarrassed and refused me service I'm definitely contacting corporate because this is apparently a theme

Was in the process of refueling and they just shut the pumps off. Could have let me finish. Won't go back here anymore and stopped there a lot...

Went to get a car wash and it malfunctioned. It did not finish the wash. I asked for them to refund to I could try again and the manager said he didn’t care and was not going to refund it. I said I was going to at least complain to corporate shell and he said he could care less and go ahead. Typical workers of today!

Awful service. Tonight on 1/29/22 I walked into the gas station 20 minutes before closing. The girl working was talking to someone explaining how sick of customers she is and how she can’t get anything done because customers keep coming in. Isn’t that the point of a business? She did not speak to me the entire time she was ringing me up. This girl should not have a job customer facing. Will never come here again.
