I’ve seen Haley 3 times now. The 3rd time was the last straw for me though. The first experience with her was amazing. She took the time to listen and help me figure out what I wanted. It was the best experience. But then I went back for a second time. (Not late either nor the first time). 2nd time you could tell she was behind, so I waited 30 mins after my appointment was to start to finally get in the chair. Never complained because I get it. I get in the chair and try to tell her what I’m wanting. She said she didn’t have time to do exactly the pictures I was showing but she would do a root smudge and put a toner on it to start the lightening process to transition back to blonde. I said great! What she did to my hair was amazing, but during that time she books people in 30 min intervals. I’m at 2, someone comes in 230 then 3 and so on. So with that being said, she will start a color, wash your hair and let you sit until she’s doing another customer and done with whatever they need. I totally understand trying to make the most of your time and get as many people in but she isn’t allowing herself enough time between each customer. So I decided to give her another chance. Yesterday May 26th 2pm was my appointment. I did arrive late to the appointment by 10 mins. I feel like I have a reasonable excuse (I was on the phone with the cops about that man with the gun and acting crazy. Told her why I was late- which I feel like I was wanting to be safe and someone not be killed over me ignoring it and worrying about making it on time to my hair appointment) but either way I was late. Her 230 appt was already there so she went ahead and got her in the chair. I said ok no problem. While the lady was processing, she brought me into the chair. Immediately tells me she doesn’t have time to curl my hair. I say ok, (I don’t typically like my hair curled anyways) I had texted the day prior asking her about going blonder and what I wanted and she said ok. So In the chair, again I showed her a picture of my hair I had previously had and wanted to go back to. She says I don’t have time to do that. But we will do baby lights instead. Not what I was wanting but she knows hair color, I don’t so I said ok. I told her while sitting there I wanted my eyebrows waxed as I have done each time. She says um I don’t know if I have time to do that. (granite we never discussed in depth when I made the appt on April 8 all what I was getting because she never had asked) I say ok. I really would like to get my eyebrows waxed though and she said we would see. So get to the bowl, she puts a toner on. Her 3pm hasn’t shown up yet. And I’m now the only person there. 15 mins or less not sure how long toner takes, she is in the back eating or talking. Which I understand she should be able to get a lunch break if she hadn’t had one. She stated she never has a break But again time management she should have tried to figure that in. When the toner is ready to be washed out, I say hey can you do my eyebrows. She then gives me an option. I can either get my eyebrows done and doesn’t dry my hair or I can skip the eyebrows and she will dry my hair. So now she doesn’t have time to do a full service? I still tell her I want my eyebrows done (they were terrible) so she does my eyebrows (takes 2 mins tops) and we go to the chair. I ask her, what are the allotted times you give your customers for service. She says one process is an hour, waxing 10 mins, 2 things 1 1/2 hours. I say ok, do I need to be specific in my texts of what I want done because I have felt like your rushing me to get my hair done (again she doesn’t ask)Just trying to figure out why we have no time, when I was only 10 mins late and now she has not only cut curling my hair, coloring my hair the way I wanted it and now can’t dry it. Haley then tells me in complete attitude well you were late. Ok I understand that but I was only late for 10 mins. She then talks to me like a 4 year old and says don’t question me about being rushed when you were late. She has a flow and my 10 mins messed everything up. I was

Kelly is great at what she does. She is honest and gives great hair advice. I always get compliments on my hair, and I give Kelly all the credit. And the prices are the best around!!

Jordan Severance does my hair and she's fabulous! I always get compliments on my hair, and she's the reason why. I would recommend Shampoo 202 to anyone and everyone. Go, check them out. You won't be sorry!

I got my hair done with Haley and she REALLY listened to exactly what I wanted (even if it may not be super in and trending at the moment!!!) I haven't felt this good about my hair in a LONG time. She cut it shorter (how I wanted) but left my length just long enough in the back so I can get it up into a high pony-tail/bun (my go-to daily hair). She layered it up for me to style when I have the time. Love my highlights/reddish lowlight and I'm definitely willing to get more daring and up to date with my hair from now on. It's also affordable enough that you can really go with whatever color you love and go back often enough to have it maintained. If you have kids they can come in to hang out, roll in stroller while you're processing, or if big enough play on the jungle gym next door! If you sit in Haley's chair you can totally trust her to listen to what you want!!!
