I absolutely love Sephora, and my experience with Dee, the makeup artist at the Sephora in Kohl's, was nothing short of amazing! She listened to my concerns about my foundation and provided a solution that has resulted in constant compliments on my makeup. If you visit the Sephora in Kohl's, I highly recommend asking for Dee – you won't regret it!

I am an ex-Ulta Beauty shopper. I was loyal to them. I did find out, unlike Ulta Beauty, Sephora will allow you full membership access to your points and benefits outside their physical stores. Ulta Beauty only allows points inside their stores and not at Target!!
So clearly the winner is Sephora. I will need to figure out things with Sephora and the woman I spoke to tonight was really pleasant to work with.
I am definitely a Sephora shopper now!! Good bye Ulta Beauty at Belgate. Also, the coupons or Ulta Beauty never worked or was ineligible for popular products. At Sephora I received my birthday gift which was far better than a drop of product that Ulta Beauty tried to push on me.
Looking forward to spend my hard earned money at Sephora instead of the bloated Ulta Beauty and it's disconnected attitude towards it's customers.

The Sephora here is the reason I visit this store. Just don't go to the register with the Russian lady. She will argue with you about the sale and not give you the discount! So annoying.

I have aging skin and I have tried so many things and wasted so much money. I walked into Sephora at Kohl’s Mooresville, and that’s where I met Sales Associate Zoe. She was an angel. She knows the product, helped me with samples, gave 2 suggestions on each product I needed (so not too overwhelming) and took her time. She was patient with me and very helpful and professional. I haven’t experienced customer service like this in a long long time. I would definitely send her right to the top. Ask for Zoe. She’s really above and beyond. My skin is glowing, I feel young again and I just can’t stop raving about her. ?

Customer service is consistently terrible, yet they're not fixing it. I called and politely asked if they knew if my Amazon return (they accept Amazon returns daily, so thought this was a reasonable question) would be accepted by them on the last day I was given, and before I could finish, the associate abruptly cuts me off, and begins talking to me like I'm an idiot, saying "we're NOT AMAZON..." and continued by going on, sarcastically rambling about information that was unnecessary, so again nicely, "I realize you're not Amazon, I just need to know if my return will be accepted." Aaaand again, was rude. So I'm just going to hope it's accepted.I'm a mom, life's busy, and did not have time to bring this any sooner. I was very polite, and even if I had asked a dumb, logical question that didn't make sense to her, she could have politely told me she was unsure. This Kohls, and sadly most, are known for their meh-bad customer service, and not sure why they continue to allow it. It makes me, and many others, not want to shop there. Bad business model.

My sister and I usually go to the Sephora in Huntersville but stopped in here to get tarte's 'big ego' mascara, setting spray by milk, and an eyebrow pen by benefit, and ask if they carried grace products. 2/3 items weren't in stock and when I asked the sales associate if they had them in the drawers by any chance, she rolled her eyes and opened the drawer to show me they didn't have any and went back to whatever she was doing. My sister asked about grace products and she (her name was Katie) again scoffed at us for interrupting. She was not with another customer but she made it clear we were bothering her. As we checked out, my sister told her we never experienced such bad customer service and Katie loudly responded for all to hear "I CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE." This is a true statement, but working in retail- we all learn to ask probing questions to understand your customer's needs and give suggestions if/ when items are out of stock. Katie proceeded to laugh and said it was hilarious for my sister to "throw a tantrum." As we walked out, another employee apologized and suggested we speak to a manager at Kohl's customer service desk. We walked over and here comes Katie racing to speak to her manager first. We wish she would have been as eager to assist us but we're glad her manager reassured us she would take this as a coaching opportunity and apologized for the lack of professionalism on Katie's behalf.

It was a very happy day when I went to just do a Amazon return and saw there was a sephora inside the Kohls! It happened to be the opening day when I was there! All the beauty consultants are Wonderful!!! I will be back on a weekly basis ?

I did an Amazon return at the Mooresville NC Kohl’s. I received a 25% off coupon. I read through the coupon. It lists a bunch of shoes that it can’t be used on, but it does not list ASICS. I took the time to pick out 2 pairs of ASICS. I planned on opening a Kohl’s charge at checkout. I get to the register & am told that the coupon doesn’t work on ASICS. I left without buying anything or opening a charge account. It’s ridiculous to give out a coupon & then tell customers that they cannot use said coupon.
