“Units are nice , Prices are about Avg as most storage units are within the area. Security is good. Folks in the office are really nice and have helped us a lot.
Only 2 negative is Online payment system was issues at times. Only other thing is I wish they would have a trash can on site to help throw away trash and other thing may need to be throw away if possibly

“Getting the storage was an easy and fast process. I will say the first time I went to place some items in our storage unit, my entry code was not working, and it happened to be after hours. It was a bit frustrating, but I called customer service for assistance. Thankfully, they were available and helped me get access to my unit.The next day, the office called me back and rectified the situation. I'm pleased with how promptly they addressed the issue.Apart from this minor bump, everything else has been great. The storage facility has been convenient, and the overall experience has been positive. The staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I've needed their assistance.”

“*Edit... Lauren from Huntsville called me back and was very helpful. She did they're having issues with the 3rd party call center as well, and was very empathetic and credited my account. Wish I could have worked it out with them yesterday! Would have saved me a lot of money.Original post:Was not able to go in person to check in because I'm renting for an adult child who is in another state. Therefore, I tried to cancel within 15 minutes of booking--and-surprise surprise, no one there at the call center can cancel a transaction. They'll take your $$ online! But not cancel. So today I'm going to call back to cancel, but a real human called me instead--said they're working remotely and want to help me finish the "contract" for my storage unit. I tried to call the number back that she gave me (which comes up as potential spam), and got a call center who also can't credit my account, nor can they transfer me to the person who called me!! They're "leaving a message" for that person to CALL ME BACK.... at THEIR convenience! Screw the customer! I was super excited for this unit because it was 1/2 the price of U-haul, but I see you get what you pay for (in this case, you can't "un-pay" for something you want canceled!)”

The guy Marshall outside was of tremendous help I needed a last minute trailer and my truck was having lighting issues which he was quickly able to diagnose and even beyond helped me to get fixed in the hot weather. 10 out of 10 service to everyone there”
