I have the monthly package as does my wife. We have our vehicles washed once a week and our vehicles one out shining. The free extras like car mat washer, glass cleaner and ample amount of towels is very nice and helpful.

What a difference three weeks make, I have religiously used Sam's Xpress car wash in Mooresville over the last three years. Went there today and they change the four day free rewash policy. As 4 customers waited there no clean towels to wipe down our cars. What made matters worse is their spray bottles do not have any operable, sprayers: We were rudely told "just use the liquid without sprayers. "" Not sure if this establishment has changed ownership or going through some difficult times, but it will only get worse with Customer Service like this

As I was being directed into the car wash their was a scraping sound followed by an immediate correction by the kid directing the drive in. I had a scratched rim and reported it only to be told that the video footage showed the back rim didn’t get scratched there but I didn’t get to review the footage myself. The car wash also failed to clean fresh bird poop off of the middle of the door panel. Definitely a waste of money.

I got the highest choice of carwash available. When I exited the car wash and pulled over to a vacuum spot, I had to wipe the front and back of the car because they were not clean. It looked like the brushes did not even hit certain areas of my mid-sized sedan. I was told that my plastic floor mats would be fine for the floor mat washing machine. When I went to the machine, my floor mats did not fit. Thus, they could not be cleaned. If I realized how much was going to have to be done after the car wash part of my visit, I might have just gotten the lowest prices option. It is nice that they provide glass cleaner and cloths. I would say that the service is average, I might go again for a quick, cheap(est) wash.

This is a nice place with free air and vacuum pumps galore. But I paid $8 to drive through the car wash part and my car was not washed well at all. Oh sure the windows and mirrors are better(ish), but the actual body of my car is still dirty and looks like it did before it was 'washed'. Not a great first impression and I will not be back. Just a waste of $8. The Auto Bell on East Broad in Statesville is much better. If I could I would ask for a refund.

Not always consistent. Sometimes they use the powerwashing brush, with the switch for soapy water, and today for example, they not only had one person spraying water out of the hose without a nozzle at all, but they were using their finger to pressurize it. Not sure the last time I got a great wash from here. They are convenient, but I may need to look for a new go-to place.

Pretty good car wash, seemed to do a decent job cleaning the car. There are more vacuum bays than any other car wash I've been to. Will definitely be going back there when my car needs a wash and need something done quickly.

Really really friendly young men who pre spray down your vehicle. They were kind enough to spray wash my WeatherTech mats which can’t go through the mat cleanerBut, if they are not paying close attention to my tires/rims aligning with the track, it is a damage to my vehicle. GET MIRRORS ABOVE SO THE DRIVER CAN SEE THEIR TIRES ALIGN WITH THE TRACK

My husband and I take our personal and business vehicles to this Carwash in Mooresville. We love the monthly membership. The employees are always professional and friendly. The wash always gets our vehicles clean and the vacuums are great. My only complaint is I wish they had No Smoking signs in the vacuum area. We had both our personal vehicles there on Sunday and the person next to us was smoking a cigar while vacuuming his truck. The cigar smell and ashes were flying all over the inside and outside of our vehicles. We just had to stop and wait for the person to leave. They have signs for No loud music but they also need No Smoking signs for obvious reasons.Services: Vacuuming

Everything great but some of the staff are more focused on looking around than help with the tire shine I have to do my own I'm not sure if I suppose to do my own tire shineAt the one in Mooresville!The one in Huntersville they do the workI'm just not certainly sure what's the right way??

I think its a bargain. The young men and woman who greet you are always very kind and helpful. Sometimes the back of my SUV (Acura MDX) doesn't quite get cleaned in a small area, center/back tailgait.

Overall good im just not use to paying to wipe water off car after machine wash and vacuum myself. If there was an option for that i didnt see it
