I recently experienced exceptional service at this car wash. After I finished cleaning out my car, it was dead and needed a jump. Reagan and Cat tried so hard to help me get going. Car even drove me over to Sam’s when I thought I might need to buy a new battery. Thankfully, their manager came out, brushed off the corrosion, jumped my car, and I was on my way. To say their service was above and beyond is an understatement!!

Good price. Not a long wait. Why not five stars? Because Dylan was working the entrance and wasn’t even looking where he was spraying. Too busy chatting up the little boy working the control panel. Tell Dylan to try and get a date AFTER he gets off work.

My favorite car wash! Always do a great job getting my car spotless and the vacuums work great. They are quick to get you through the line even when they’re busy. Always smiling faces and always very polite! Great group here and I highly recommend

Semi-Auto car wash and dry, and self vacuum for interior.
Two people sprays your car (and wheels, i think) with soap, then the machine scrubs, rinses and dries your car.
I would recommend bringing your own drying towel, chamois, or even leaf blower to completely dry your car, and get the panels between car body and doors, and the wheels
The self-vacuum is included in all wash options and theyre good for getting loose debris but not dried dirt, mud etc.
When you pull up to the rail for the wheels, make sure to put your car in NEUTRAL, and foot off the brakes and steering wheel.
Because the air blower doesnt completely dry your car, i took off one star. But I would prefer to go here than on gas station washers.

I visited the car wash and accidentally sucked up my AirPod Bristi and Oscar went above and beyond to help me get it back. The customer service and kindness they displayed was amazing. I left my phone number and about an hour later I received a phone call that they found the AirPod. Just wanted to give a great review and display my gratitude towards these specific employees for helping and being so gracious and kind!

Sam’s Xpress has declined in quality in my opinion. They don’t brush the windows and tires like they used to. And, the wash doesn’t clean as well as it used to.
