Stopped in to purchase a few household items and after 1 hour and $200 later I was done. This is what happens when I go for dish detergent and paper towels. Seriously, Sam's has reasonably priced items and the quality is worth the prices. I always use self-checkout but end up needing assistance when I purchase fruit and wine...lol But overall, great place to shop in bulk.

I went in yesterday. 4 male employees were at the entrance inside. One employee was not wearing a mask, speaking loudly and constantly saying he just finished wiping down all the carts. Correct me if I am wrong. We are in a pandemic!!

I am a customer of 20 years with Sam's Club and plan to cancel asap. I entered the store today Friday 2/5/21. I planned to purchase tires. I went to the tire center and of the two techs in the tire department, one proceeded to help me. I explained that I would like to buy two tires to install. I was asked by the employee if I had an appointment, (even though they are suppose to take walk ins)my reply, no I do not. Then sir you will need an appointment, and the earliest availa

FANTASTIC experience today at Sam’s Club in Charlottesville. I mistakenly went inside to pickup my To Go order, where I wasn’t quick enough to grab the last three kayaks on the floor. Jamie brought out my order and was kind enough to lookup in the system if any more were available. She spent the next 40 minutes locating the kayaks in the back, flagging down managers actively avoiding eye contact because they were on phone calls, getting kayaks into the system, ringing me up s

Well organized, plenty of signage to help locate goods. Courteous staff. Of course, the great prices. The reason for not giving a 5....if you order online and pick up, bring the order confirmation / list and check off item by item. Otherwise, you may be an item short.

My family has been a member of Sam's Club in Charlottesville since they first opened their doors. I tried to like Costco, went in a few times with friends, but it's not really any different than Sam's so I stayed.

Ive been a member for about 20+ years. I do have a question though. It is about Clorox Performance bleach. The three pack started out price wise at a bit over $9. Went to $11. And now it seems in conjunction with the Corona Virus, It jumped up to over $13. And the active ingredient % has gone down also. Is this price gouging ? Or just Clorox being greedy ?

I have been shopping at Sam's club for over 30 years and have never been treated so disrespectfully in a retail situation in my life. I had a $331 CASH reward on my sams club account which had fraudulent activity thereby removing my cash reward. I contacted sams club immediately and they sent me a digital gift card. The corporate representative said to walk into the store and claim cash. I went into the Mooresville Sams club and waited in a long line after a month of waiting for the gift card. The service desk rep couldn't figure out how to do it so she called the manager Ryan. He was extremely rude. Ryan didn't even ask me the troubles I've been through to date and simply yelled at me and said we don't cash gift cards. He literally snapped at me and did not even apologize for the situation. I spent multiple hours dealing with a fraudulent claim and THIS IS HOW IM TREATED! My time spent was worth ten times the amount owed! The manager Ryan needs business training on how to deal with loyal paying customers! Never in my 40+ years have I been treated so poorly at a retail store.

I've been shopping at Sam's Clubs different locations for almost thirty years. During that time have seen a decline in customer service and/or any service on the floor. Staff on floor are chattering it up and or don't know where to find product. At this location had a woman asking for my card when walking in? I haven't seen this in years. Your card has to be used upon payment so why over due it? Was here to get a birthday dinner King Crab while pricey was good. Will come back for more.

I came into this location today, on a Sunday. There are 3 lanes that said open, only one had a cashier. I asked that cashier if the lane was open, (nobody was standing there) she looked at me and said, what does the sign say? (With sarcasm) I then put my items on the belt assuming it was open... Then I ask another lady who would be checking me out as a few ladies were standing around talking. She looked at me and pointed to the lady in the lane next to me and told me to move to that lane, I told her she had told me that lane was open. Then the lady looks at me and said that's not what I said, I told you what does the sign say? I told her it said open! She looked at me and said well its not horrible customer service.I'll be going to Costco from now on

Poor service at this location, the manager does not stand behind the Members Mark product guarantees and warranties of items. Bought a members mark product and even though the service center says they would help me with an exchange or refund if I had bought it on the website. But since I bought the item at this location it is up to the local store if they wish to offer help on products, this location manger does not offer warranty help for member mark products.
