My still under warranty Isuzu NPR has been sitting broken down in my parking lot for 3 weeks now. No one here cares. No one will call me back. Every time I call, John says Robin will call back - Robin never calls back. Now John won’t even answer my calls or texts. So frustrating

This place has the worst customer service ever. They're service and communication shows they don't want to be in business. I've never been in a situation, inwhich I'm trying to spend money. And the dealership service is too poor to want to receive it. This is ridiculous. Any 5 stars that they are getting, has to be from paid employees.
