This was car buying the way you wish it could be. A big sale advertised on the website caught my attention. Sales prices and advertised discounts were as promised, and my awesome salesperson Keanu made sure I got the vehicle best for me and all the discounts I qualified for. There was no pressure, just helpfulness from Keanu and all involved. Everything was straightforward and personalized to my needs. I'll be referring all to Randy Marion.

This was my best experience ever in purchasing a vehicles. My sales person Brody was excellent! I could not had a better sales person. He was very , kind , very attentive ,considerate and listen to what my needs were. There was no pressure what so ever to purchase my vehicle. I would recommend Brody and the dealership to any one looking for a vehicle.Brody thank you for your excellent service!!!

It's sad that I am told the only way that Avery from the Mooresville location will return my calls is if I leave a one star review on Google. I am going to leave out the details for now in hopes that this will prompt a call back as my issue is still unresolved from November. Please have Avery, or better yet, his manager call Toni Eagle. If I still have no response by end of week, I will add the details. He has my number from the upwards 10+ messages that have been left.

Never would I think that buying from a very known dealership that I would have the issues I have had. I purchased a brand new 2024 2500 HD custom in October. I have had nothing but issues since the day I went to purchase. Not to mention my dad purchased the same truck to only have issues as well. Fast forward to January 2nd I dropped my truck off for a scheduled appointment for remote start as I was gifted for Christmas. I was called later after dropping it off only to have to go back and pick up due to problems to return the next day. Since than my truck has been wiped electronically during programming, damaged the front body. Now I have been called as my truck has been hit on there property by a wrecker. Two weeks later I’m still driving a rental as I was told “ sorry “. I have tried to get them to buy the truck back but they have said they can not or would at the what price the truck sits now. This will now go on my car fax as this brand new truck is devalued due to them. I would recommend anyone to never due business with them as it could be you dealing with this problem in the future. If there was a negative star I would be choosing it as this company does not even deserve one star.

Signed papers and gave down payment on vehicle 11/17/2023. They hadn’t inspected yet though and said it’d take a day or two. I still didn’t have the car a week later and left voicemail for general manager.Finally call got to pick up the car and went 11/25/2023, but I had felt a problem when driving it. Turns out Power steering was shot and it wasn’t safe to drive, but they were saying it was!Spoke to General manager about the situation but he kept interrupting me, talking over me, raising his voice at me, and more. When I mentioned this was beginning to look like deception, which was against FTC he jumped from his chair and full out yelled at me, “you can take your money back and we’ll forget the deal”. That’s what I ended up doing.I included a couple pictures of the used vehicle I was trying to buy.Buyer beware

Purchased a new 2023 Tahoe from Randy Marion Chevrolet. Have had issues with the vehicle since I purchased it...primarily electrical and rattles. Today it wouldn't start and started smoking when I tried to jump start it. Only has 5,377 miles. Reached out to sales rep who was going to have a manager call. Its been 3 hours and no call. Very disappointed in their lack of concern about my new vehicle that won't start. Called Chevrolet and opened a case with them about my Tahoe.

Can't put down negative number of starsBought a used Hyundai from this dealership. Tom, the salesman, was pleasant to deal with. After agreeing on a price and allowing them to get a slightly better financing rate than I had already had in hand, we went through all the documentation and signed off with an agreed upon down payment and financed amount. Instead of getting a large package of paper, they compact all of the documents onto a USB fob. Not a bad idea.Two days later at home, I started to go through al this documentation only to discover that the amount financed and price were $2,800 MORE than agreed upon.That was 4 weeks ago. they have still not rectified this. BBB is my next stop!

I received a message stating if I had any issues to reach out to the dealership. I called and was told that I would get a call from the manager. It has been more than a week and I haven’t received a call yet. I had an extra charge on my bill that was not disclosed by the mechanic and they also didn’t change my sticker to show when my next oil change should be. I took it to someone else to make sure the oil was actually changed and to get a sticker. The lady at the front desk was the best part of my experience. I think her name was Karen. She was nice, funny, and very attentive.

Brooke Cabral went above and beyond for me. I was looking for a particular color (Midnight Blue) and once one arrived to the dealership she called me. That’s excellent service. She also sent me pictures of my baby (Tahoe) after she was washed , black bow ties added and a little tint to the windows. Broke made me feel as if I was actually a person , not someone just wanted to buy a vehicle and make a great commission. The whole Randy Marion team makes you feel like your a part of there family. I purchased my first vehicle from them(Equinox) and had the same experience with the purchase of that one. That’s why when needing a Tahoe I went start back to Randy Marion. Thank you Brooke for making my vehicle shopping experience so wonderful.

The absolute worst customer service imaginable. I would advise avoiding Randy Marion at all costs.I took my truck in to be inspected for some simple warranty fixes, being that it's still under the bumper-to-bumper warranty. (Mind you I bought my truck from this same dealership.) Over the course of 4 weeks, I have made a trip to this dealership 3 times to inquire about the progress and scheduling of repairs. I was actually told once that they "completely forgot". Makes sense because I haven't received a phone call, text, email, nothing. 4 weeks. Complete incompetence to customer service."Commitment to providing excellent services to our customers is the main pillar on which our ethics are built." You can find this quote on their website. If you ask me, they aren't committed to providing any kind of service. I never leave reviews about anything, but I felt compelled to leave this one. Hopefully it will save someone the headache and disappointment I've been dealing with. Take your vehicle literally ANYWHERE else!

Mac & Jackson were extremely kind and helpful throughout this process. They answered all of our questions upfront and didn't give us any "run around". Negotiation for a vehicle price was the most seamless experience we've ever had. We so appreciate their work and honesty. We will definitely be back to this dealership next time we are in the market for a new car.

First time car buyer here, they were so helpful and made me feel very comfortable with the decisions I was making. Michael was my car salesman and he did a wonderful job. The manager, Nick, also was extremely helpful and very sweet. The finance guy I had (I cant remember his name unfortunately but it was the corner office was amazing. My whole experience was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be returning next time I buy a car.

A Friendly advisement to never take your car to Randy Marion for repairs ? rude customer service (Jackie is very unhelpful and rude), ridiculous prices and they enjoy passing blame to others. They also left fast food trash in my vehicle when I had it in last, I’ll never forget that.I had a sprocket, timing belt and gasket replaced 2.5 years ago due to it lacking power from improper timing. At least that’s what the paperwork says, which the repair department claims they no longer have because it’s been too long (the office emailed me the paperwork so?????)Anyway, I’m needing to have those same repairs done again, only 25 thousand miles later. I believe they did not adjust the slack adjuster when the initial work was done. Anyway! Save yourself some time and anger and stay far far awayyy!

Used the service department and Jackie was amazing! She got my vehicle in quickly to be looked at and kept me updated frequently throughout the diagnostic process. The service team had my car fixed very quickly. From time of initial diagnostic appointment to vehicle being repaired and ready for pick up was 2 days. Would highly recommend!!
