Don't know him by name but can guess who he is by behavioral description of others and the fact he is almost always there. Bad attitude. Once I kinda slapped my $20 bill on the counter because it had taken me a few extra seconds to fish it out of pocket making him wait. Was just hurried not trying to have an attitude of my own. He was bent and slapped my bills and change on the counter as hard as he could refusing to just hand it to me. I knew he was bent and just scooped it and walked. Too many times the hot food is overdone and too long on the rollers. Egg rolls like rocks. Otherwise the staff I will say is great. Very cordial and friendly.

Place sucks, never have breakfast pizza ready and when they do have it out it’s expired, hard & stale… it’s ridiculous.

I love this gas station but I do not like Justin! He is a terrible manager and needs to be let go. He has an attitude and does not care about costumer satisfaction. I think he hates his job and makes sure everyone else knows it. Everyone else is fabulous. Please do the right thing!

Manager Justin needs to be let go. Absolutely disgusted with his lack of customer service. Every single interaction with him is uncomfortable and unpleasant. Every other QT employee is excellent. Please get rid of this clown.

Didn’t believe my friends when they told me this guy was the worst qt employee… never have I had a bag thrown at me to bag my items, THROWN. The disgust in his face when I asked for one too. God forbid I ask for the receipt. With the stories my buddys have told me how is this guy still working here.

My granddaughter and I went in this Quik Trip to use the restroom while my daughter in law was pumping gas. The restroom was deplorable. One stall out of three working. In one of the stalls someone had sh...ted all over the stool and filled it with tissue. The paper towel disposal containers were overflowing to the point of used towels littering the.floor. I told the young who was working about the condition of the restroom. She just looked at me like a deer in headlights. Quik Trip you can do better.

Justin Manager at QT really needs an attitude adjustment. He is the only employee at this establishment that provides horrible customer service. I have reported him to corporate. Upper management needs to have a serious talk with him or let him go. He is not holding up QT standards of customer service.
