The team at Pro Shine in Mooresville is outstanding! I’ve been taking my car here for a few years since moving down to North Carolina from Michigan and the Team always leaves my truck looking brand new. Lisa is the best! She is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to always make sure I am always happy with my vehicle before leaving. Thank you all for your outstanding service, you have me as a customer for life!!!

Staff is horrible wanted a car wash seems life staff don’t know what there doing had me waiting for 20 mins and one of the staff members was very unprofessional was trying to ask details on there packages but unfortunately they were like not knowing how to help me and manager was very unhelpful don’t go here everyone just stands around doing nothing

Visiting from out of town. They did an amazing job cleaning my car..Spent a lot of time wiping down, cleaning windows, tires, etc.. Staff friendly, car looks great. I will be back!

I was at ProShine yesterday June 17,2024. I was a little hesitant because I saw numerous younger guys who didn’t appear to be serious about the job but I thought what the heck. First I met the nicest young lady I believe her name. Was Hailey. Just so professional and kind. As I was waiting I saw a lady working really hard cleaning my car I almost felt guilty. The young lady said it was her Mom:) and she always works that hard. Also there was an older gentleman working very hard as well even in the hot heat. Neither slowed down , but Lisa went amove and beyond cleaning my car. I told her thank you so many times and she just said “It’s my Job:) she seemed very grateful to have her job and her heart was definitely in it! Wish there were Lisa Moore’s
In the world and young ladies like her daughter . They truly are the reason I’ll come back!!!Also why I’ll tell everyone to go to ProShine and ask for Lisa because that is who I would like to clean my car!!! Thank you for having Lisa and Hailey attitude does make a difference ?

I would like to give a shout to Lisa !! She was working so hard. Pulling the cars in and out drying them down, running the register, etc. I had the outside done and she took care of it and did a wonderful job. She was offering everybody coffee and water too !! Management is lucky to have her!

This place did a great job! It was fast and you could tell they really took pride in their work.
Customer service was great, I enjoyed a complementary bottle of water while I waited for my car. I even qualified for a free touch up wash within 7 days. I will be back!

This was my first visit and I will be back. The cashier was very pleasant and kind and my car - which was really needing a good wash - looks great inside and out. Very reasonable pricing and I didn't have to wait long for a job well done. I'll be back for sure!

It's good, but you have to double check the work. If they need to fix something, they do it again for you. After Covid, like everyone else's, prices went up.
