I went to this place a few weeks ago as a walk in, they had me wait for an extremely long time. It wasn’t even busy. After 40 minutes, I just got up and left. Bad customer service! Look somewhere else there is better in Mooresville.

I'm new in town and went to this salon as an emergency. I had two nails that needed to be repaired and all the other salons were busy. First impression walking in was that the space was very cluttered.The lady who did my toes, literally took skin off! My toes were bleeding on both feet. I posted pictures of the finished look. She cut one toenail way shorter than the other. I won't be surprised if I get my first ingrown toenail from this horrendous pedicure. I'm also not sure if the tools that were used on my BLEEDING toes were disposed of, so that is totally a sanitary RED FLAG.Spa pedicure prices and nothing spa about it, no wax, no warm towels, NOTHING. I don't even want to talk about my nails, just look at the picture. I will NEVER recommend going to this salon. This should have been a relaxing experience, instead I'm forced to wear sneakers until my toes heal. $95 down the drain. If I could have left zero stars, I would. Terrible.Update: Today is Thursday, my ring finger on my left hand has been painful since I left the salon. Yesterday, I notice two liquid filled boils on both sides of my nail, pictures added. I have never experienced this in all the years I've gotten my nails done. I'm not sure if it's an infection, but I will be requesting a full refund. This is outrageous.

I walked in and the smell was terrible, then I tell them what I want and they tell me they’re full when I had called them earlier asking if it was full and they said no. So I had to leave. I do not recommend going there.

This was the only place available on a Saturday, there was one employee sleeping, one watching sports eating and the lady who did my peitucure was very rough would not recommend

Don't make the same mistake I did. Went today because my normal place is closed for vacation. These people did a terrible job. My SNS that I paid more for than my normal place looks terrible. My nails are misshaped and you can see they aren't experienced in this service. Not to mention the place is cluttered and junk everywhere. Wish I would've saved my money!
